I originally added these to my regime for the heart and brain benefits but after taking them for 3 months I have noticed a significant difference in my 4c hair! Better retention, softer, and decent growth. I take it every night and have no issue with fish burps or any taste at all. Highly recommend!

Smells like fish, makes your hands smell like fish if you hold it for more than a second or two, sometimes if you burp it tastes like lemony fish. It is the first omega 3 supplement I have ever purchased that you can actually smell and taste, which is not ideal as I am not a huge fish fan.

    • Beware if you have a shellfish allergy
I have a severe allergy to shellfish (mollusks specifically). I also have adult adhd. It was suggested I start supplementing with Omega 3, and I purchased this from Whole Foods. On the occasions I took the pills (for a week, then stopped, then began again a few days ago), I was overcome with extreme fatigue and listlessness. Could barely stay awake; it felt similar to other milder allergic reactions I’ve had in the past. I skipped the pill yesterday and felt fine. Because there is a risk of cross-contamination, even a trace, i think I’ll proceed with an abundance of caution and will be tossing these. ... show more

    • in one month it went from $9 to $21 !!!!!!
Great product, but I purchased this exact product last month in April 2023 for $9.00. I just went to re-order it, and the price jacked up to $21.00 !!! What the heck is going on? This is ridiculous price gauging. I will not purchase this product again!
