I’ve been on this supplement for over a year now and I have to say it’s the best fish oil I’ve ever used. I take 4000 mg a day as prescribed by my doctor for lupus related dry eyes. It’s odorless. Works wonders on my joints and connective tissues as well. It’s great value for the money especially if you do the subscription option. It’s made of quality ingredients. I get 45 days worth of medicine for the price of one bottle and it’s worth every penny. Consistency is key with any supplement so make sure you take it every day. The pills are a decent size so take with lots of water. The capsule does go down easier than I would expect. I’ve never tasted fish after use either. I really feel great after taking these for two weeks. I started a multivitamin, vitamin d 5,000 and these fish oil pills at the same time. It's one of or the combination of them that is making me feel better. I started taking all to try and stop my hair from thinning, it's been shedding down to my scalp showing over the course of 10 months. I haven't noticed much in the way of my hair(maybe feels a bit coarser but I don't know if that's possible, I'm hoping for some new growth) but I feel so much more alive. I used to work and come home feeling dead tired, do the bare minimum that's expected of me as a wife and mother and hit the couch, no interest in tv, or any of my hobbies. After only a few days I feel like myself again. I've taken on yard work, my hobbies, decorating, cleaning, meal prep and anything else that comes my way, with a little bit of tv time even at the end of the night. I really thought I was sick... Feeling so bad and losing my hair. I was a sceptic towards supplements but something is working. Oh! Another thing... My dry cracking feet... They're feeling better.. Softer, not perfect, but better....my body doesn't hurt as much either. Gotta fix yourself from the inside is what I'm gathering! The pills are large but I can swallow both at the same time. I started using this product about a month or so ago and I wanted to wait till I had something to really say about the product. As the result of a car accident about 4 months ago I've been recovering from a broken neck and extensive spinal cord damage. Thanks to the grace of God and the fact I'm a tough SOB, I've gone from totally paralyzed to about 90% recovered. I still have some residual affects from the damage that I'm hoping won't be permanent. Cord damage can take years to fully heal. Since I'm not much for sitting idle, I want to do all I can to obtain 100% recovery as quickly as I can. My chiropractor recommended Omega 3 fish oil to aid in my nerve repair and referenced some miraculous recovery histories using the oil as a treatment. I decided to do some research and see what was available on Amazon, my favorite source for just about everything. The variety is staggering. Thanks to the concept of "FEEDBACK". That is why I'm taking the time to add my feedback to hundreds already left for this product. This is an excerpt from an email I just sent to Laura with Dr. Tobias customer service just a few minutes ago. I felt it appropriate to share... "I was thinking this morning about how your company and a handful of others I've encountered, with all the correspondence and care you provide, remind me of the old days when you went to the store in a small town where you knew the proprietor and purchased things. They would answer any questions you had at the time of purchase and you could call or stop in when you were in town and they were friendly and helpful if you had a problem. That feeling of caring and support has been gone from the marketplace as a whole for decades. So nice to see it again. I understand that online markets like Amazon make available dozens of the same categories of products and it puts a lot of pressure on the seller to stand out. Tough environment for the seller but it makes it much more "comfortable" and "safe" for the buyer. Again I like your approach. Honest caring is so much more appealing and just as obvious as "blowing smoke" :-)" I am currently taking 6 capsules a day and I experience no fish odor at any time or during any "function". I did experience fishy odor the first day when I took only 2 capsules but nothing since, even after doubling the recommended dosage. Is the Omega 3 Fish Oil helping me heal? It is truly difficult to tell since I am going thru therapy 3 days a week which includes dry needling but I believe so. My shoulders after the accident where very painful and had limited range of motion. Much of the pain is gone now as is the tendonitis in my left elbow and wrist. I'm not allowed to take any anti- inflammatory drugs since the fusion in my neck which has made sore joints, ligaments and muscles tough to deal with.
