This was a 1/3 of the price, looks better than all of them and lights up the room perfectly. The glass has what I can describe as rice on it. It's clear, it suppose to give a wet effect. It looks really nice. I really like that it's not just smooth glass. Again, for 1/3 of the cost. Great entry light or for any other room. Overall install went fairly easily, no unexpected challenges. For what is a relatively low price point compared to higher end fixtures, it has an elegant look. Overall I would recommend it to someone looking for a budget upgrade for a modern, clean fixture.

    • Packaging could be better...
Liked the light as did the wife, after receiving it, we noticed a few cracks on the glass housing for the light bulb. The box that the lights came in had no damage but regardless, the glass was damaged. Contacted Amazon and a replacement was at my house in two days. I inspected this shipment, the Amazon outer box was not damaged but more bubble wrap could have been used to protect the fragile content. Once opened, the glass were broken too but all I needed was one so I was lucky that only one was in perfect shape. The protection by the manufacturer was hard styrofoam and needed maybe softer bubble wrap in addition to it.... In conclusion, both the manufacturer and Amazon could do better with protecting the glass cylinders. The light doesn't come with light bulbs so the "Edison LED" soft white bulbs purchased at, where else....Amazon were a perfect pairing, like cheese and wine. The lights are bright and looks really good in my living room. If you are planning to buy this, be prepared for the hassle of receiving a broken/cracked glass housing and returning it back to Amazon. ... show more
