My husband's 94yo grandmother passed and we took her elderly service dog (lab mastive mix). The dog can't be left alone she gets ridiculously anxious. We also have a two story house and the poor thing can barely walk let alone get up and down the stairs. I bought this product in late February hoping it would help with her anxiety and her joint pain. Let me tell you.... there is a DRASTIC difference in this dog when she has/hasn't had any. I will put 1 or 2 full pumps in her bowl of food every other day. She can run and jump and move freely, get up and down off the floor and the stairs fine. Even hop in my car. But if I go 3days without giving her any she's back to barely being able to move her back legs, falling all over, in visible pain, and even sometimes unable to hold her bowel. Well I can't say it's helping with the intended purpose, as there's still tension between the cats with or without this. However they absolutely LOVE this stuff like it's crack in a bottle. I can't do my skincare routine with the door open anymore because they think my face oils are this stuff and go nuts. I'm definitely reordering, but only because I've gotten them addicted and not because it's doing much behavior wise. ... show more

I recently took in a 6 mo old feral cat. I was directed to this product. However there weren’t really any reviews that mentioned using it on cats for relaxation. So without any other options I bought it. Wow ! Just wow. I put a few drops in a tablespoon of wet food and within 10 minutes I’m able to pet her and get her used to human touch. My Japanese Chin has a very bad chronic neck injury that left him in pain daily. He has been on Gabapentin and even some narcotics over the years. A couple years ago we decided to try the hemp oil and it has been a blessing. Charlie is off all the medication that can cause liver damage and we believe better pain control than ever. I got this for my cat who suddenly starts meowing as soon as it’s dark every night. Most nights he will meow endlessly but after I gave him this last night, it seemed like he only meowed for the next hour or so and then nothing the rest of the night. The only thing I’m concerned about is that the packaging says how much to give a cat, but there are no markings on the dropper indicating the amount so it’s a guessing game. I’m not sure if it’s just not possible for a pet to overdose on this so they didn’t worry about it or what.
