Ordered thos to start a small food delivery side-gig and I am NOT disappointed. Tried on both hot and cold and it maintains temps for sure. Seals well, very spacious and easy to carry. Nice iconic color customers can see and recognize in the industry. Will be adding a couple pizza bags eventually.

So far, I have enjoyed using my new bag ((Freshie Insulated Food Delivery Bag with Cup Holders/Drink Carriers Premium XXL)). I use it for DoorDash, and this has been super helpful. I do NOT pack this thing around a lot. It sets in my passenger seat, and makes for a nice home for your food between deliveries. I use the red insulated DD bag that came with my activation kit still, and that is what I use to transport orders to and from the vehicle. Most orders I have are smaller fast-food type, that fit well in the red bag. I fold over any excess of the red bag, and pop the red bag in the Freshie catering bag, close the top, and away I GO! As a few have said, the drink carriers are probably this products weakest point- without proper rigidity, the bag will not support heavy drinks. Smaller drinks- no problem, but then the lids like to try to pop off (so watch for that). What I have done, as another had suggested, was utilize a carboard box to insert in the bag to help it gain some amount of rigidity. The biggest hurdle to that was finding a box that was Goldilocks- you Juuuuust Riiiight.. Every box I have encountered thus far has been either too big to fit, or far to small to make a difference in the rigidness of the bag. To Solve the goldilocks issue, I simply have used multiple smaller boxes to the side of the bigger box to fill in room. In the boxes I have straws, ketchup, individual packed disposable cutlery, and a few other little odds and ends. Once, all that is in place, my Freshie Insulated Food Delivery Bag with Cup Holders/Drink Carriers Premium XXL is super solid. Those drinks aren't going anywhere! Now, past that, the only other thing I have found that I wish were different is the fact that other than the drink holders, there are no pockets on this bag. The addition of mesh stretchy pockets on each end of the bag would be AMAZEBALLS! If it were up to me, I would certainly look into developing a wire-skeleton for rigidity, customizable dividers for in-bag organization, and add some meshy pockets! ... show more

Add a thermal regulated heat pad and keeps all food warm. Haven't used the cup holders but looks like it can hold fairly large drinks.

I got this for myself while I was doing door dash, main reason was to hold pizzas. This bag kept the food hot or cold ( depending on what was ordered) and held the drinks in place very nice. Overtime the material on the outside broke down and I had red material all over my vehicle. Nice bag to use but the material could be better ... show more

Needed a food bag to keep food at proper temp. Bag is simple and straight forward. I like that it's wide at the bottom, doesn't want to tip or roll. and the cup holder pockets are helpful.
