I originally bought this for doordashing, but I never bothered with that. Since Costco doesn't have shopping bags, I've been using this bag instead. So far, I love it. It's very sturdy and the straps have not snapped from the weight of all the food I put in it to make one trip from my car to my kitchen. I think I put roughly 30-40lbs worth of groceries in it and take that up three flights of stairs and it holds up just fine. It's also very spacious. I've been able to fit a large ribeye (that I'd have to butcher myself), a couple packs of hamburger and two gallons of milk and still have space left to stuff whatever else in there. I got this to do Uber Eats deliveries. I have since used it to carry my groceries from the car rather than load the bags up both my arms and to put random things in for transport. It is insulated but many times it caused food to sweat if I zipped it. I typically didn't zip it but had the cover over the food bags for breathing. Item arrived quickly. Item was as expected. One thing I would have wanted was to have a support board in the bottom of the bag. But it is easy enough to cut the box it came in down to fit inside. I love that it has the option to hold drinks where they will not spill on the outside of the bag.

It's definitely not thick, it's like that foil bubble wrap every other one I passed over on here has, it's equally as not sturdy. It's also REALLY short. So what I do is turn it on it's side and put my other bag in this one. So it's double bagged. I wish it'd been as tall as my first bag so I could actually use it as intended instead of on it's side. Like only small pizzas fit but if it was taller then being on it's side would fit bigger pizzas. I am thankfully getting out of delivery this month, or I'd soon be looking for another THICK bag that has that 3/4" foam. I've never even used the cup holders. Pros: zipper IS sturdy, it's still in one piece, works okay Cons: flimsy, thin, weird dimensions, won't fit two styrofoam boxes side by side ... show more
