I expected it to be a bit bigger. Serves great for medium big food delivery orders, but it's not tall so I need to rearrange items to accomodate it to the shape of this insulated bag. Also it makes paper bags sweat more than other types of insulated bags. I do have problems zipping it when using it's full/maximum capacity. Another thing I love is that it easily folds up so you don't have to worry about it taking too much space. Ideal for delivering food that aren't in paper bags and that aren't stacked high. Edit: after a few months of delivering one of the zippers did break. Later one of the hand straps fell off but I was able to have it sewed back on. It still works fine but this could be made with a little more durability. ... show more

I used this to transport some food for a thanksgiving holiday trip to a different city. I put a few ice packs in the bag and the ice packs were still frozen 4 hours later and food was still cold. I was really impressed.

We bought these to put all the meals we were passing away to the homeless and they we ok for the price we paid. They visually looked the part, but were really flimsy. They did the job of holding all 50meals (between 2 bags). But I couldn’t tell if they kept it “warm”.

This insulation bag is a MUST if your getting take out and want to keep it safe from the elements, and seeing as many places only do take out and not dine in this is pretty much a requirement. I visit places like Edmonds and Mukilteo often and with their dine in's only doing take out, you'll want this bag with you. ... show more

I work for WaitR and this bag is the best for keeping my customers food hot and is reasonably priced too. WaitR has their own brand & they sell them for way more. I can fit quite a few items in there and is lightweight & way easy to carry. Food stays hot and fresh.
