This is some of the best pre-workout I’ve taken. I have taken a lot of different pre-workouts, Mr. Hyde, C4, Ryse etc. This surpasses them all. The focus is amazing. The workouts have been intense as well.

I’ve taken it about 4 times now, and I’ve drawn my conclusion about it so far. 1. There’s a nice color to it, the flavor is incredible. One of the better pre-workout taste out there, and it mixes nicely. 2. The pump is unlike nothing I’ve had, and comparable to when I was on TRT. The caffeine is enough to make you feel it, but not noticeable enough during workout sessions. Do not take this stuff if you do not plan on doing anything physical with it. 3. Do not take this stuff on an empty stomach unless you want to vomit. Take this stuff 15 minutes before a work out, because the crash is waiting for you and faster than you expect it. The only downside of this product is the nausea from the crash about 1-2 hours post workout. Otherwise it would be a solid 5 stars. ... show more

I really want to like this workout because it makes you feel like a lunatic. Seriously. First time I took it I couldn’t sit still, even after my workout. But my stomach cannot handle this stuff. Have you ever had too much caffeine? That is what this feels like. It feels like my body is rejecting the substance and goes almost into a feverish state - hot on the inside but cold on the outside. Sweating out everything, but I feel sick the whole time. I’ve had my share of preworkouts in my time. I’m 31 and I’ve been working out since I’ve been about 15. Nothing has made me feel like this - only thing that comes close is the Mr Hyde stuff, and I’ll never take that again. I’m probably going to throw this away, but the reason I give it 3 stars is because I know someone WONT have this reaction to it, and it would probably be a sweet preworkout. I just can’t do it - working out already pushes my body to the limits. I don’t want to feel like I’m gonna vomit for any other reason. ... show more

This stuff is legit. I usually need to take 1 and a half or two scoops of all pre workou. This one I only take 4 grsms measured out o a scale to get a good hour long workout. The taste is great it’s an amazing value
