  • Ultimate Demolition Power
For years, I've been eyeing products like the Insaga Pallet Buster, keeping them in my online cart, patiently waiting for the perfect opportunity to add one to my toolkit. And let me tell you, it was worth the wait. As someone who frequently takes on demolition projects, I can confidently say that this tool is so valuable! Let's start with its construction. This thing is a beast. With a thick, 3mm handle and a fully welded design, it's built to withstand even the toughest jobs. The all-steel construction gives it incredible durability, ensuring that it can handle whatever you throw at it. Plus, the non-slip grip makes it comfortable to use for extended periods, reducing hand fatigue and increasing productivity. One of the standout features of the Insaga Pallet Buster is its design. The 48-inch length provides plenty of leverage, allowing you to easily pry apart stubborn pallets, deck boards, or any other materials you're working with. The forked ends are spaced perfectly to grip onto boards securely, while the elongated roller enhances leverage and power when applying downward pressure. It's a genius design that makes demolition work a breeze. I recently put the Insaga Pallet Buster to the test by removing wooden 2x12s from the top of a retaining wall, and let me tell you, it exceeded all expectations. Instead of painstakingly removing each bolt with an impact driver, I simply slid the forks under the boards and leveraged them off with ease. It was quick, efficient, and saved me a ton of time and effort. But the versatility of this tool doesn't stop there. This dynamo will handle everything from lifting panels and doors into position to tearing wood, drywall, and even heavy ceramic floor tiles. Its weight and sturdy construction give it considerable force, making it ideal for a wide range of demolition tasks. Plus, its low profile design makes it easy to store when not in use, taking up minimal space in my workshop. I also appreciate the attention to detail that went into the design of this tool. The thoughtful placement of each component, from the spacing of the forks to the shape of the handle, reflects a deep understanding of what users need in a demolition tool. It's clear that the creators of the Insaga Pallet Buster put a lot of thought and care into making it as effective and user-friendly as possible. In terms of value, the Insaga Pallet Buster is worth every penny. Its durable construction and versatile design make it a must-have for anyone who regularly tackles demolition projects. And considering the time and effort it saves, it's a smart investment that will pay for itself many times over. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the Insaga Pallet Buster. It's everything I need in a demolition tool and more. If you're in the market for a reliable, high-quality pry bar that can handle even the toughest jobs, look no further than this powerhouse of a tool. Highly recommended! ... show more

  • Solid, seems it will get the job done, but it's not the one in the video....
This is a review for "Pallet Buster 48" Thick 3mm Handle Deck Board Removal Tool, Fully Welded Pallet Tool Deck Pry Bar, All Steel Deck Removal Tool with Non-Slip Grip, One Piece Handle" With one little exception, what you see is what you get. Advert states about 9 1/2 pounds, it is at least that heavy, pretty solid feel especially the bottom end. I don't doubt it will get the job done (though I am not yet ready to demolish my deck, I'll surely let you know if it falls short somehow). It is generally as described everywhere in the advert with the exception of the video, which shows a different tool in which the pry bar surface is not at a right angle to the handle. On this product, the top surface of the pry bars is 90deg to the handle (as per all of the photos), perfect for the intended use though not quite perfect if one were to - for example - want to use it to pry underneath a heavy object to help lift it off the ground slightly. In that case, the handle would have to lean slightly towards the object in order to get the pry bars underneath it, so this is probably not what you would be looking for (the one in the video would serve that purpose, but it is not the item that I received nor what is described in all the other photos and text). If I could remove just a quarter star for that slight inaccuracy in the advert I would, but otherwise I expect many happy demolitions in the future with this tool. ... show more

  • Heavy duty
This is bigger than I thought it would be but for what it is it works well. I like that it is heavy duty and separates pallets very well. I have tried many different options to remove the boards and this tool works so well!! I highly recommend it!!

  • Well made tool!
This is a very well made tool. I picked this up to use when I start replacing deck planks. This will provide excellent leverage as my desk is rather large and would be very cumbersome trying to pull up old planks with anything other than this tool. I was a bit disappointed that the box was roughed up on the edges during shipping. This caused the paint on the tool to scrape off but should not impact its use. Overall this is an excellent tool for what it is designed for. ... show more

  • Sturdy and makes short work of a hard task
This is the best tool I have seen for taking down pallets. It’s designed to create less breakage of boards, which means fewer pallets needed to get the same amount of pallet deck materials. It’s sturdy and robust and much faster than using a traditional prybar or pick. Glad I picked it up.

  • No nonsense pry bar
This is a no nonsense steel pry bar specifically for use in lifting deck boards nailed to stringers. It has the heft and design to do the job really well. The only way this will stop working is if you lose it or someone takes it from you. This can be used for other similar jobs including breaking down wood pallets and any other situation where anything needs to be separated--you could, if you want to, pry open a door easily or lift the corner of a paver or flagstone. The handle is the right length ot give you great mechanical advantage but still be convenient to stow. Happy with this. ... show more

  • Great Demo Bar
Although this is a pallet buster, it works terrific as a demolition bar. The bar is strong, sturdy and made with great quality. It feels durable enough to last for the long haul!
