These are basic blackout curtains that work as intended. There isn’t anything fancy about them. However, they do the job. In addition to blocking out the sun, they also keep out the wind. They are definitely a keeper for the winter, and I recommend them.

These curtains are great for blocking the light and keeping the apartment dark and cool. The material feels a little cheap (not the material I was expecting) and it’s not as dark a blue as I expected based on pictures. But overall I’m happy with the product-very good for the price!

These are good quality curtains. They are a nice material that looks like linen but is actually much thicker and sturdier. They are lined with a blackout lining and do a great job blocking out light. My only complaint is that the color is a tad too yellowish beige. But otherwise, nice curtains!

The quality of these curtains is very high, in my opinion. The texture is smooth and looks like linen. I like the color because it's neutral and does not take away from the color scheme of the room. The seams are tight and I could not find any flaws in the materials. I always iron my window treatments so even though these are a heavier material, they too, got the steam treatment! While it did take a little longer to get out the wrinkles, the material does wrinkle easily so I felt that besides removing the heavier wrinkles, I didn't need to put so much time into ironing them, since they developed wrinkles just carrying them to the room and hanging them. They have two different options for hanging and I chose to use the loops. I took pictures of the window with blinds closed, blinds partially open, and open with the curtains closed. Because I have the 63 inch panels, you can see the light peek in at the bottom but that will not be an issue for me. My dog is afraid of lightning so of course, when he's not sleeping, I'm not sleeping! I think these will do the job of blocking the light so we can sleep during those weather episodes. ... show more

These are really nice looking blackout curtains. I love the pleated style vs the grommets. It really looks more refined. These are a nice heavier linen with a thin gray backer. I honestly wasn’t expecting them to work so well for being such a light color. Only downfall of the pleated vs grommet is the sides don’t go back to the wall so light will come out the sides/top if you have them near the edge of the window. ... show more

The curtains are constructed well with hemmed sides and rod tabs hidden behind the top seam. These are definitely room darkening with a double thick fabric which is black on the front side and dark gray on the back. I placed mine in a dryer to remove the wrinkles and then they were ready to hang and wrinkle free. They look very nice and I would definitely recommend. ... show more

These look great both in the light and when closed in the dark. True blackout curtains, no problems with light seeping through. When using the belt loops to hang, they fall and drape so nicely with the pleats. Such a great deal for less than $40! I have a different brand of these linen-type blackout curtains and they feel so plasticy with the linen design printed on, these actually have a slightly textured feel which makes them feel more luxurious.
