    • These filters are absolute junk and potentially dangerous.
I received two of these and the first one broke as I was installing it. Thinking this was just a fluke I installed the second one. I was able to install it without breaking it but it broke in exactly the same place (at the junction of the nipple and main body) the following day. Luckily my engine had not even had time to warm up so the raw gas pouring out of the broken filter did not ignite and burn my bike up. I have intalled dozens of similar in-line filters over the years on many bikes, go karts, and lawn mowers and never had one break in this manner. I will never install these on any thing again. I have reviewed many items over the internet and this is the first time I've had to give a bad review but felt it was necessary as these filters are flawed and potentially dangerous.     • DANGEROUS! DO NOT BUY!
These "fuel" filters are made of bad plastic that is obviously not rated for gasoline. After 10 days of being mounted and having fuel in them they fell apart and dumped fuel on the ground in my garage. Again, do not buy unless your filtering water maybe?

Bought two of these. Both broke. The first one broke after 2 minutes of using it, leaked gas and lucky it didn't cause a fire. Second one broke as I attached fuel line to it. Dangerous product

    • Both fuel filters had cracked inlets.
First off, I repair golf carts for a living. I installed the first filter and I noticed it was leaking fuel where the fuel line attaches to the filter inlet. Turns out the inlet was cracked. So then I installed the second filter in it was the exact same way. Cracked and leaking fuel at the inlet of the filter. Total waste of money.
