The media could not be loaded. Works great for mixing ink without fear of splashing it everywhere, low speed. Requires 2 double A batteries🔋 (not included) insert both batteries with prongs upright towards the head of the mixer, (there isn't any indicator of how the batteries should be inserted) Came with 2 bags of mixing heads 1 bag had 5 which was in with the mixer itself and another larger bag outside of the box. I'm not a tattoo artist, so I can't speak to that angle. I personally use these to better mix my hard to mix polish much more effectively. It does the job well and saves my arms and hands a lot of excess work. And t does so mess free. Highly recommend for more uses on jobs like this.

This is a piece of plastic garbage. I was so excited for this tattoo mixer, so I was very disappointed to receive this. First , there is no button to turn it on ??? Second, I put two AA batteries in, tried everything, every which way, but the item does not turn on at all. I thought since there is no button it would just come on when it twists back together. Nothing. I tried different battery placement… it’s completely useless. A waste of money. Do yourself a favor and buy a different kind/brand ... show more

nice little mixer works as expected, it operated with AA batteries so make sure to have some of those also be careful when mixing as the needle spins fast and you can make a mess if not paying attention.
