Unit does NOT come with a wall adaptor. Just a USB-A to USB-C cord. Unit needs the C connection. You need to provide a wall adaptor yourself...and if you read the fine print, a 15+ watt USB will do the trick. I used a 5w unit, and it took forever to charge. i bought some 18watt units and bam! Quick charge enabled...even said so on my Samsung S10 phone...yes and the phone is still working great. Travels OK...kinda bulky, as it does not fold. I plugged it in and set my iphone on it, right side up or upside down, both charge the phone just fine. I'm using an iphone X. Just because there were some ratings that were asking for these metrics: The charging seems to be about usual. Just know that if there's a blinking light from the side of the dock it means that the phone and dock weren't connected well and need to be readjusted. I don't think this device would be good for movement/travel, and does best in a single location. It would be alright in a hotel or air BNB, but not for like, in the car or airplane. ... show more

I've been using this wireless charger for over a month and I'm very pleased with it. I appreciate that it sits upright, making it easy to use my phone while it charges. Although it's not the fastest charger, it works reliably on both my iPhone 12 and Galaxy S20+, even with the cases on. It comes with its own charger cord and is lightweight. My son's phone has a broken charging port, so we've been relying on wireless charging, and this charger has been a lifesaver.     • Works well - but needs to be power cycled every couple days

Using this to charge both my Pixel 6 Pro and Pixel 7 Pro - in Otterbox cases which do not appear to interfere with function of the charger - so that is a plus. It does charge the devices quickly (for a wireless charger) and the phone will even automatically select adaptive charging at night when using this charger. However, there are a couple issues: 1. After a few days of use, it no longer works - until you unplug it and plug it back in again. Same behavior for all devices I charge. I bought two of these chargers and both exhibit this issue, so I don't believe it is a single item defect. If I "reboot" the charger often, it works fine. 2. It (and the phone) gets pretty hot while charging. This appears to be completely unrelated to the above issue. It just runs hot - but keeps on charging (except when it does not charge and is not hot). Giving this item 3 stars despite the issues because it was inexpensive and does the job well - when it works. I have gotten in the habit of proactively "rebooting" the charger to ensure it functions. This may not be okay with everyone but I'm dealing with it. ... show more
