I’m not sure how they pack tho power into a case this size, but despite my skepticism, it has held true to its promise. I assume it’s more than just using square cells instead of cylindrical ones wt this power density. While I haven’t run it to dead, using my power meter while running my Surface Pro 8, it delivered 10Wh while dropping to 90%, implying close to 100Wh total capacity, with a claimed rating of 91.25 Wh. In use, I run my Surface on low power with a second monitor plugged into it, and achieved over 2 hours of use with the power bank dropping to 55%; that extrapolates to about 4 hours *with an external USB-C monitor* powering off the Surface, likely over 5 hours without the monitor based on monitor draw. That gets me a full workday with no power outlet needed. The pack is slightly thicker than other Iniu power banks I have had, but only by about 3/16” or so, with build quality consistent. The power per cubic inch is just insane though. It’s about the same weight as the 10Ah bank I had previously, which would get me just over 2 hours of additional time on my computer without the screen attached. It has 3 ports, but using any more than one will ultimately reduce to total output of *all* ports, so you’re better off charging one thing at a time. However, it does support pass-thru charging on the lower power outputs if you have an input with enough wattage. It has a handy cheat sheet printed with the model specs on the back so you can strategize what you plug where. I’ve been able to charge both my computers off both the 100W and the 45W outputs. The downside is that it does take quite a while to charge off even a decent wall charger like a 30W or 45W. This makes a good complement of a full 100W GaN charger, utilizing the pass-thru ports to charge smaller devices while topping off the power bank. Whether the smaller size is worth the additional price per watt is really up to you, but it definitely matches it’s promised spec. ... show more

[Edited 09/18/24] My original review below would paint a picture of a bad product. I can say I’ve been converted. The unit I received originally was bad as I assumed. The customer service is the winner here. Freya reached out to me and was the single point of contact throughout the entire process. They notified me that they would send a new unit out and I could keep the old one (I sent mine to recycling). The new unit is performing really well with putting it through the rigors of daily use. At this point I wanted to make sure it wasn’t the same deal. Everything checks out and I even left it unused for a week. The charge rate didn’t budge. So, thank you to the CS team at INIU for fixing this. I think a 4.5 star would do since there’s always room for improvement, but I changed it to 5 because the overall experience was great with cs being the clear winner. [old review] I was expecting this to be the new Anker based on reviews and some online magazines praising one of these chargers. I had one of Anker’s 25000mah units that is still working today but have it to a family member. Anyway, I got this for traveling in Europe. Charged it to 100% as soon as it came in. I started traveling just a couple of days later. When in Rome (literally) I tried charging my iPhone 13 Pro plus.i was losing battery instead of charging. Tried different cables, ports, doing the reset, nothing. The video I made shows something’s malfunctioning with the unit because the power is draining but the iPhone usb-c to lightning cable is not plugged into anything. It may be that I just got a bad unit and I hope that’s the case, but it’s a paperweight now that I can’t return it after getting back from abroad. As for customer service, I hope they reach out through here, because going through their site is not great. ... show more

INIU challenges the power bank market with their new, I would consider, flagship model which never ceases to amaze me! I bought their 20000 mAh version which was nice and charged most of my devices well, but this one easily replaced the older model in every regard. This model comes with the carrying case, which is like a soft mesh material and has a little phone holder (will be discussed at the end). When the power bank arrived, there was already about 75% battery in the bank which was nice. Perhaps it may have been a misprint, but this power bank came with both a USB A to C cord and a USB C to C cord which is extremely nice! Usually products like this ship only with a USB A to C cable which most often don't support fast charging or the high enough voltage needed to supply a "fast charge." As shown on the picture, this power bank has 2 C connections and 1 A connection and each output has their respective Wattage labeled which is a very nice touch/add on vs the 20000 mAh model that doesn't have this. This aside, in my experience this 25000 mHa model(sorry not 26000 mHa) was able to fast charge Google Pixel 3, Samsung Galaxy 20 plus, and Samsung Galaxy S10 phones in the 2nd and 3rd outputs. This power bank was also able to charge PS5 and Nintendo switch Pro controllers just fine in the same outputs. Some cons of note: the weight and size of the power bank. Of course with a higher mAh comes a bigger sized bank but this model actually caught me off guard with how big and heavy it was. It is certainly possible to transport it, it's not something you would want to have in your pocket at all times. Second and last con is the phone holder. It's a gimmicky part of the power bank but I can't help but question it's sturdiness. It is extremely loose and just from opening and closing the little holder seemed to have loosened the piece of plastic even more. Also you have to have the power bank perfectly stable and not angled as your phone will easily slip to the left or right depending on the angle. Lastly the holder doesn't have any rubber grip to help keep the phone in place. A very minor con, but it should be mentioned especially if you want to use the little holder for your precious device! Another side praise, I always appreciate INIU's desire and strive to keep their packaging as compact as possible! There seems to be no wasted space in the packaging which many companies/products don't take as much consideration in. Overall a fantastic power bank that may be a little bit on the heavier side, but will charge any and all handheld devices multiple times before needing to charge! ... show more
