Great portable charger. It has 2 USB-A out ports and one USB-C in/out. It charges heavy devices like a s24 ultra or a mbp m3 pro nicely. I would give it a half star off due to how slowly the brick itself charges. It can bring a s24 ultra from 80 to 100% in under an hour but it will take hours for it to charge from 60 to 100% even on a high capacity outlet brick and cable. If you forget to charge it before a trip, you may be stuck with a partially charged charger... Always good to plan ahead but we've all been in a rush and forgotten to charge everything we should have. The flashlight is a nice touch. I like the little usb a to usb c cord length as I keep this and my phone in a fanny pack to charge my phone on the go. The heat level is minimal but can get a little warm as it charges or is charging. It's a solid little unit that works well ... show more

tl;dr - At about twice the thickness (and weight) of a smartphone, this portable charger is a game changer for travel. Pros: - Digital display - Multiple outputs (USB-A x2 and USB-C)... and you can charge 3 items at once - Slim/Easy to Transport - Holds Charge for Very Long Time - No Issue with Airport Security Cons: - Weight - Only has USB-C input - Doesn't have a phone holder (the 10000 mAh version of this does) Review: I own the 10000 mAh version of this charger which can recharge an iPhone just under twice. With an upcoming extended trip planned, decided to pick up this little guy to have more juice on the go. It's the same dimensions except for being thicker and heavier. It charges a recent/current gen iPhone or Android phone 3 times fully from 5% (on the phone) plus a little more on the 4th try (good for Airpods?). While you can share in an emergency, if you are traveling I would just get each person their own. That way you don't have to recharge the powerbank every night. This item tends to go on sale regularly. At full price (currently $45 USD) it's a little steep in my opinion but still worth it if you need it now. If you can catch this on sale, don't hesitate. During the trip, it went through airport security without any issue and functioned flawlessly. I love that it can charge more than one item at once and can do USB-C to USB-C (or USB-C to Lightning). After the trip, I charged it back fully and let it sit for 3 months in a drawer. It still read 100% and worked flawlessly when used, so good for storage. As mentioned, I have the 10000 mAh version of this charger and the only thing I'm missing from the 10000 mAh is the slide out phone stand (which is a really nice touch). The bigger powerbank is also twice as thick and twice as heavy. Lastly, the travel case is a really nice touch. It's a padded mesh bag with a drawstring. It looks really nice and makes carrying the charger easy. Overall: I was impressed with the 10000 mAh, but I love the 20000 mAh. Being able to fully charge 3 times is a game-changer and the digital readout takes all the guesswork out. If you want a smaller powerbank, check out the INUI 10000 mAh version. It's cheaper, but also more portable. Better suited for taking to school/college in my opinion. I'm donating my 10000 mAh one to a college student we know. My phone doesn't keep a charge all day. I needed a charger for a trip to Europe as I knew I would be using my phone heavily and needed to be able to charge. I picked up this portable charger and was not disappointed. When my Samsung phone was down to 20-30% I would connect to the charger and was fully charged to 100% within the hour. Super speedy. It is a bit heavy, but I was able to charge my phone and others at least 3 or 4 times with this charger in a day. It does take some time to charge the unit, but I did this at night and never had an issue. A great buy! ... show more

I never ever write reviews. I felt compelled to write a review for this product because it truly is that good. There was no incentive for this review, and I am in no way affiliated with this company. I do happen to take think this is the best 20,000mAh power bank on the market by far, and I was surprised because I thought I was stepping down in quality since the price was lower than usual. I had been buying Anker in the past, but their prices were higher than ever, so I was looking for a cheaper bank that still did what I wanted, and oh boy did it. I love this little device. I keep it in my backpack always, and it never seems to discharge without me actually using it. It’ll stay at 100%, I think that’s because of the modern type of battery they used which at the time I bought this was pretty new and only in a handful of power banks, so I thought they were lying when I saw it in this one for such a low price. Best power bank I’ve ever had, hands down, and I got it because it was far cheaper than the others at the time I bought it. It charges devices faster than any power bank in similar price range. It says it is 20,000mAh capacity, but it lasts far longer than any other battery pack claiming the same capacity. It has a convenience flashlight that I’ve actually used a handful of times in a pinch. It can charge 3 devices at once, has two extremely fast USB type A ports, and even has a USB type C port that is still a fast charger compared to other battery packs, but is slower than the type A which are lightning fast. It doesn’t get that hot when charging compared to other high end battery packs. One unique feature is the USB-C that serves as input doubles as an output. This is super cool because every other charger that I could find at the time of purchase had an input which couldn’t output. It was purely an input. This power bank is also incredibly light for 20,000mAh, and fits in my pocket with my phone without being incredibly burdensome. I think it’s probably half the size and maybe a quarter to a third the weight of my first charger (from Anker many many years ago) which was supposed to be 26,800mAh, but didn’t last as long as this one. Not sure if this company replaces broken chargers but I would bet they do because it says they have a 3 year warranty. Anker will replace broken power banks basically with no questions asked within 18 months of purchase, and I had to use that one time, so if they replace them without making you prove you didn’t break it or whatever then this company has twice the warranty (at less than half the price at the time I purchased). I think that is why the battery bank is such high quality. They don’t want it breaking within 3 years, so they use the highest quality materials. It really is nice in the hand and you can tell it is high quality. Mine is barely scratched after being used and abused almost daily for so long now. I’ve had this product for at least a year now, I think longer, and I recently went to Hawaii and didn’t need to charge my Bose portable speaker or iPhone 12 Pro Max until the end of day 5 of the trip, and I used both frequently each day. The portable charger charged my phone like 4 times over as well as my speaker. Overall this is the best portable charger in this capacity range hands down, and I am a portable charger fanatic and have owned many mostly Anker power banks over the years.
