Easy setup, good quality, soothing sound and nice splash. My pool has 4 jets, we bought a plug for one of them and the water pressure was stronger. It took me a minute to figure out that the only thing holding this contraption together are the rubber gaskets. The clamps that go around the tubing literally do nothing. So the entire fountain feels flimsy because it is flimsy. You think you are securing everything down, but you really aren't. As soon as the gaskets wear out, which they will, pieces of plastic will be sinking to the bottom of my pool. I am returning this hunk of junk while I still can. ... show more

Only problem was the fitting to the inlet for my pool. I have an Intex above ground pool, and the attachment that came with the fountain would not fit. After a very prolonged search at a local store, buying what they recommended, and failing to get it to fit correctly, I played a game of find a close enough fit with pieces I already had. With the help of some strong glue and a little arm power, I was able to get it to fit. It is still removable from the pool which I felt was important. It works great, has helped me keep the pool chemicals balanced which is hard in a small pool, and the water temp has stayed cool enough to make it pleasant even during the horrible heat wave of this year. ... show more

I waited a while after buying this to write a review; honestly it only took a few days for me to realize how much of a difference in water temperature this thing makes. Our pool went from warm soup temp to inviting and refreshing cool temp in less than 3days of continuous use. For reference we have a partially sunk 18x33 above ground pool full exposed to the south Texas sun. The size of the pool is why I went with the double sprayer. Important to note that it took some fidgeting to get the fountain pressure and circulating pressure just right but now that it’s set we have good water circulation in the pool and ample fountain spray to maintain the temp in above 100degree temp with feels like temps above 104degrees. Love this pool spray cooler. It really puts out the spray with the dual sprinkler heads. Totally adjustable to fit your pool dimensions. I would love to give a good review but I cannot. It simply does not fit at all due to the fittings being too small for my pool. I cannot find an adapter anywhere at all so I am forced to send this back without a resolution.

The media could not be loaded. It has been in the pool for 3 days. We are In Louisiana where the day time temperatures have been 100 degrees. I run the filter for 5 hours in the early morning hours and 5 hours during the day in an attempt to keep the water temperature in the lower 90s. This fountain was a “it couldn’t hurt” addition to that effort. Well it flows at about 4 gpm. For 10 hours that’s about 2,400 gallons which is 15% of the water volume in the pool. Didn’t expect much and not seeing much if any effect to the water temperature. It does give a soothing sound with the water cascading into the pool when it’s quiet around the pool in the evening. It is not very sturdy. Not sure how it will hold up with the kids cannonballing near it. Had to go to the pool store which I hate to do as their prices are often very high. While there I saw the exact same fountain in clear plastic packaging for $25. Already had this one installed or it would have been sent back. ... show more
