the system stopped working properly after 3 months for no apparent reason. the controller started going into over temp alarm and wasn't holding tub temp. the controller would start Going up in temperature even though the actual temp was 48 Degrees. when the thermostat was going up the just by turning it on and not in heat mode , the support for the spa was having me send video's of what the thing was doing , and kept saying they need this or that so the factory could figure out what was wrong. now on the 20th message back and forth and still no resolution ... show more
