It's got lots of flaps, so there's options for airflow and light, and the full size mattress fits just right. Purchased this tent for my Granddaughter. I returned the first tent we received since it was missing the top strings. According to the instructional video , these were needed to set up the tent. Therefore I returned it & ordered another one. Well… when the second tent arrived it also had NO top strings! What was the chance of getting another defective tent?! So I carefully examined the construction of the tent. As I looked at the legs I noticed a black button. I depressed it & the leg extended! I tugged until I heard it snap & lock in place. I repeated this with the remaining legs. It was now fully expanded. Obviously the design must have changed! Aside from misleading instructions, it’s a great spacious tent. We placed the full size mattress inside the tent, which secured it . I also noticed a sm piece of black plastic with a hole at the end of each pole. I decided to further anchor the tent in place. I bought black shoe laces & tied each pole to the metal bed frame. My Granddaughter is going to love it! I would definitely recommend this tent. ... show more

This tent is so versatile. It’s set up is super easy and fits perfectly on my 12 year old sons full bed. He loves the privacy but appreciates the breathable fabric. This tent is very sturdy. We have taken it on vacation so that sharing a hotel room is more manageable with the three boys. We have used it in our living room to make sleepovers more fun. My son who is 5’6” can almost stand at the center of the tent. The ventilation is great and every side can be opened up with or without screens.
