"I was looking for a grow tent that could combine natural window light with grow lights, and this one fits the bill perfectly. The grow lights are full spectrum but appear visually on the warmer side. The price was right within my budget. While the plastic cover feels a bit like the material used in blanket packaging and has a somewhat rubbery texture, it’s functional, and the zippers are of decent quality—just don’t expect it to win any design awards.The frame is made of sturdy metal rods, giving the tent a solid structure. I placed bonsai rock trays at the bottom to increase humidity and catch any drainage, which works great. The tent is highly customizable, and I positioned the grow lights at the top to mimic a more traditional grow tent setup. You can choose to add the metal rolling wheels, which come in handy for mobility, but they’re optional if you prefer to keep the tent stationary. I didn’t use all the shelves, but adjusting them was pretty straightforward. You simply hammer them off the wedges and reinsert them in a new position using the plastic parts provided.     • Setup was pretty simple
I ordered this shortly after we moved our starts into the outdoor garden this year, so I haven't really gotten to test it yet. This year was the first year that we started our garden plants inside the house, in our basement. We have an outdoor greenhouse, but hasn't been connected to power for many years, so it has really only been a shelter since then. Our setup this year involved a folding table, covered with a small outdoor plastic "hoop house," warming mats, and self-contained starter trays with their own lights. I like that this has a much smaller footprint than the long, plastic folding table. It will take much less space in my basement, and I can leave it set up year-round and move it easily since it is on casters. I also like that the grow lights and cover are included, along with a humidity meter that we didn't have for this year's setup. Assembly was pretty straightforward, though the instructions don't really make it clear that there are definitely bottom, middle, and top sections to the corner posts. The zip-ties to attach the grow lights seem like a bit of a cheap design, but they do work, and it isn't difficult. The electrical connections between the lights are a bit finicky and can look like they are connected when they aren't, but it is easy to identify once you turn them on. The instructions include attaching the cords to the corners with zip-ties, which I haven't done yet. I'm not sure how important that is, but I will probably do so before the first use. I'm excited to get some plants going on this. I might not wait for spring planting season. I'm thinking about growing some basil on it indoors once it gets too cold for basil to survive outdoors. ... show more

This set came with everything I needed and more. They even included gloves, a plastic hammer, and alot of zip ties. Only issue I had was the buttons on the grow lights were reversed. So the power button is now a timer button and timer button is power. But overall exceeded my expectation

All of the images are photoshopped, leading me to believe the clear greenhouse encasing was more rigid than it actually is. It’s actually a cheap material that doesn’t properly fit the shelves. In addition, the rack itself has a wobble to it despite me using a mallet to ensure the shelves were as tightly fastened as the others. I purchased this item with a 30% discount and I’m unsatisfied. These shelves were easy to build and feel sturdy. I was missing some poles, but the seller was very quick to respond and provide me with replacements! I live very far north, which has a short growing season, so these are great for sprouting indoors when there are still frost warnings. I am very pleased! ... show more
