Maybe a small downside is a short charging cable, and the camera stand being tall, but other than that, I am very satisfied with the purchase. I’ve had 2 of these cameras for about a year now and it’s been steady and reliable. They never have issues connecting with the internet when I’m traveling. I got it to check on my dogs and I like that it notifies me when there’s a sound alert as well as motion (meaning when they bark or something) I also like that more than one device can operate on the app so my husband uses it often as well. Definitely would get more in the future. I bought a card separately to store the photos instead of paying for the cloud and I recommend that also, never had an issue access my previous photos and videos ... show more

Very easy to setup. Very clear images. Like that you can change the sensitivity so that it can pick up faint noises due to my noisy neighbors. Like that you can speak very clearly thru the camera, volume can be adjusted. Didn't give 5 stars only because the plug adapter can run a bit hot at times
