This security camera is one of my favorites because u can insert a tf card and review all the footage. The tf card is also difficult to get too so if someone were to try and get that out they would need long nails or a pin. Get it!

This is an absolute waste of money. The customer support number in the manual doesn't even exist. Swnt an email an the website three times, no anser and there is no phone number listed there either. There is a community questions and answers, but it is only people having the same issues. It must be plugged into the charger at all times and if you power goes you have to reset everything. I had mine for two weeks, formatted the TF card (which goes so far into the camera you need a tool to make it click in). Reset button does not work. Then it just stopped working all together. App couldn't connect to my internet anymore even after redownlaoding it and setting up a new account. Plugged robot into many outlets and different chargers. Won't move or turn on at all. Look cool, but an absolute waste of time and money. Negative 5 stars. ... show more

I purchased this because I was looking for a small discrete camera for my office. I needed something that could be innocuous. I thought this could work as I have other spacemen in my office. Shipping was quick so I was very excited to get my little space guy. So then I began the setup. So here are a few things that could have made this a better experience from the beginning. I found the instructions to be hard to follow because they were not specific to this device and there were extra details related to other similar devices included in the setup. I wish the company would take the time to create instructions for this particular device and simplify them. The setup isn't long or even complex (if it works correctly), but better-written and organized directions would have improved my initial experience. I was disappointed that the camera is so noticeable. It's clear that it's a spaceman with a camera. I will also warn readers that I saw in a video review, someone stated that the visor can be up or down to record. This is not true. The visor is for privacy which is appropriate when you have a camera in your home but the camera can't see through the visor. Another thing I noticed was as the camera tilts and pans, the motor is loud enough to hear across the room. I don't necessarily need it to pan or follow the person and that's a great feature but you can definitely hear it. One last annoying thing is the offer for their cloud service for storing recordings. I would like to just use the SD card. I wish there was an option to use whatever storage device you like. The good things about this camera that I like is of course the size. It is a perfect size and it's cute. I think the video is good quality. I did not test the audio. It also seems to be detecting movement with minimal delay. Some delays may be caused by the available bandwidth of your wifi. Honestly, for the money, it is a nice gadget. I am a little disappointed that the camera is so noticeable since I wanted it to be discrete. ... show more

This camera was amazing! It has great video, audio, night vision and motion detection. It was a life saver (literally) when my mother fell and I was able to get to her aide and call her nurses and get her to the hospital for treatment. Unfortunately the facility she is in made me change to a stationary camera but this little guy is just amazing! I would recommend to any and everyone! ... show more
