Features

  • Automatic Water Addition: The incubator is equipped with an automatic water addition device. Please connect one end of the water pipe to the small hole at the bottom of the incubator, and the other end to the plastic base. Then place the plastic base on the opening of the water bottle (not included), and then invert the water bottle. Please check if there is water in the water bottle once a day. This incubator does not display humidity, you need to prepare a hygrometer yourself.
  • Automatic Egg Turning: The incubator turns the eggs automatically every 90 minutes to avoid the adhesion between the embryo and the eggshell and make the eggs more evenly heated, which can effectively improve the hatching rate. The rollers turn slowly. Please mark the rollers and the eggs to see if the incubator turns the eggs automatically.
  • Built-in Egg Candler: The incubator is equipped with an egg candler, which can be used to select fertilized eggs and observe the development of embryos. Using an egg candler in a dark environment will provide clearer observation.
  • Hatching Net: During the incubation period, the incubator will automatically turn the eggs, please take out the hatching net, otherwise it will affect the egg turning. When the chicks/birds are about to break their shells (shell breaking period), remove the rollers, put the hatching net into the incubator, then place the eggs on the hatching net and spray warm water on the surface of the eggs 6-8 times a day.
  • Suitable for Poultry Eggs: The spacing of rollers is adjustable. The incubator can be used for chicken eggs, duck eggs, goose eggs, pigeon eggs and quail eggs. Please hatch different types of eggs in batches.
  • Dual Power Supply: The incubator can be connected to a 110V power supply or a 12V battery power supply (The packaging does not include a 12V battery).
  • Foam Box: The package includes a foam box. When the ambient temperature is low or the incubator temperature is difficult to rise to the set temperature or the temperature fluctuates slightly, please put the incubator into the foam box.
  • After-sales Service: If there are any quality problems with the goods you receive or if you have any questions about the use of the incubator, please feel free to contact the seller. The seller will provide a solution within 24 hours.

  • Great instruction manual! Can be run from household power or 12v batteries!
At first opening the box it was obvious that this company cares about it's product. There were plastic corner supports on the edges of the foam packaging. Even if shipping companies had tossed the box around, the contents would be protected. Then I found the manual. It's been a while since I've seen an instruction manual worth the paper it's printed on! It's in English as if a native born person wrote it (and probably did). The manual covers the initial construction of the machine and how to use it. It even has final pages dedicated to tips on it's use. As I was putting it together I was really impressed that it could use either 12v power from a source like a car battery (or solar?) as well as the standard household power. It's the middle of winter while I write this and I'm setting up a small brooding station in the garage. Later in the year, I can put this directly in the coop. Where I live any kind of shed or detached building (like a chicken coop) cannot have direct power or water connections. Those 12v connections will be very useful. So far in the garage, where it's about 45°F ambient temperature I've only gotten the incubator up to about 90°F. Clearly I'll need to wait to use actual eggs. For these practice runs of the incubator I'm using sets of wooden nesting eggs (designed to encourage hens to use nesting boxes) to measure temperature and humidity. This will be my first year with urban chickens. I'm glad to see a well-thought out product like this, it gives me hope my first efforts will be successful. ... show more

  • Love the egg turner design
I have only recently set up and started a dozen eggs in this incubator so it may be a little early to review. The last incubator I reviewed shut down two weeks into the 21 day hatching period, but I believe that was a design flaw that does not exist with this incubator. I have multiple incubators and I like the design of the egg turner in this incubator best. My large incubator requires that eggs be put in like filling an egg carton, with the pointy end facing down. That just seems unnatural as compared to what happens in the nest. I have another incubator where the eggs lay on their side and a grate of sorts spins the eggs at regular intervals. The eggs rotate around the incubator periodically like kids on a merry go round. That seems effective, but it is noisy. Every time the eggs start to turn I mistakenly think that it is starting to rain hard on the roof. The roller in this incubator is closer to natural with the eggs laying on their sides. I suspect that the way these eggs roll in place, like hot dogs at the convenience store, is also more similar to what happens under the hen in the nest. This egg turner is quiet. It is so quiet I was afraid it wasn’t working. It is so smooth that even when the eggs are rolling the movement is almost imperceptible. Pressing the + button on the cover causes the turner to operate but even when I did that I had to watch the gears closely to see that it was actually moving. It turns the eggs very slowly which I think is also more natural than the merry-go-round approach. I am super optimistic about the incubator and will edit my review in a few weeks to report the outcome. I do worry about the gravity feed water supply because I really don’t know how it operates. I wish the incubator had a humidity gauge and display so I could know that the humidity is in the desired range. Also, since the weather is cool I left the bottom half of the incubator in the styrofoam shell. Unfortunately that makes it almost impossible to see the eggs. Admittedly there is not a lot to see for most of the incubation period, but I still like to be able to see what’s happening even when nothing is happening. I wish the lid on this incubator had at least a small observation window. (There is a small window on the side where the water line attaches, but that is not particularly helpful for my set up as I placed the water bottle to the side of the incubator, out of the way.). So fingers crossed. P.S. 9 of 12 eggs hatched, which has been about my average. This incubator was easy to gradually drop the temperature and it has a guide to show when to reduce temperature. ... show more

  • Versatile Incubator
Recently acquired the Incubator for Hatching Eggs, and I'm impressed with its features. Firstly, the option to run it from either 12V or 120V is convenient and offers flexibility. During a cold startup at around 70 degrees ambient temperature, I noticed it heated up about 2 degrees per minute, which is quite efficient. The inclusion of the egg Candler is a nice touch - it allows you to see inside the egg, which is both fascinating and useful for monitoring the hatching process. Overall, I'm looking forward to using this incubator for hatching my eggs and welcoming some new baby chicks into the world. It seems like a reliable and well-designed option for incubating a variety of eggs. ... show more

  • Comes Complete Except for Water Bottle
In unpacking the incubator and thoroughly reading the instructions I discovered that it came with everything except a necessary water bottle, the small kind you get when you buy bottled water. I was getting ready to order fancy Bantam breed hatching eggs that aren’t available in our area and thought I should be sure the unit would work. We don’t buy bottled water so I didn’t have one available for the test. I thought this should be mentioned in case someone had hatching eggs and were planning on using this incubator. Once I am prepared and have eggs I will update this review with results. ... show more

  • Good little incubator- holds temperature well
This incubator has been a pleasant surprise in terms of its functionality. It's been maintaining a consistent temperature, which is crucial for successful egg hatching. While it doesn't come with a hygrometer for humidity control, this can easily be supplemented with a separate purchase. However, a word of caution to newcomers like myself: the styrofoam casing is essential for its operation, so it's important to handle it delicately to avoid any damage. Despite the minor hiccup with the casing, I'm overall satisfied with this incubator's performance so far. It's a compact and efficient option for anyone looking to hatch eggs at home, and with the addition of a hygrometer, it should meet all the necessary requirements for successful incubation. ... show more

  • The lid was broken
This may have been a good incubator but the lid was broke when I opened it. And it won’t heat more than 85 degrees. Not sure if it’s because the heat is leaking out the broken lid or not.
