Product is fine. However, shipping handlers obviously treated roughly. Several of the 3" tablets were pretty well broken into powder. Fortunately, each tab individually wrapped in sealed packet.

I just recently went back to the pucks. I tried to manage my pool with liquid only but this FL sun would burn it off too quick.I first bought 3 pucks from my local Pinch a Penny and they dissolved completely in one week but the pool kept chlorine strong all week and looked great so I knew I needed to keep the pucks. At $7 each, that's insane so before I bought them in bulk from the pool store, I decided to try these. I bought a 10lb bucket. Arrived in perfect condition and individually wrapped. A week and a half later, my pool is balanced, looks amazing and the pucks are still more than half way so however they make these allows them to not dissolve as quickly as the pool store. I am very happy with my purchase and when I finish the 10lb bucket, I will get the largest one they have to save. Update: just finished my 10 pound bucket and ordered the 50 pound bucket. Still very satisfied. I need 3 pucks and they last about a week and a half before I need 3 more. Update: 50 lb container just arrived. Top 10 pucks are broken in half. The box was heavy and when in the box, you can’t use the handle which makes it tough to transport. They probably threw the box around. Hopefully not many more are broken. I really like these tablets. From my experience, they seem to last longer and do a great job keeping the pool clear and clean. They come individually wrapped which avoids a bunch of crumbles on the bottom of the container. It’s worth the bothersome of unwrapping and disposing of the plastic wrap. So I admit, I was a little scared at first. Porch pirates are a thing in my area and my box of shock arrived by itself really early without any notification. But my tracking for the package was still active. I was super happy when just a few days later, still earlier than the estimated delivery time, my 50lbs of chlorine arrived with all the proper notifications of delivery. So my only "complaint" is to let the customer know the chemicals may arrive separately and you only receive a notification after everything has arrived. On to the product. Perfect. Absolutely perfect. I invested in the $350 chlorine and shock bulk pack and it is going to be enough to run my pool for the entire season with enough left over to start next year. It was a crazy savings compared to our local pool store, or buying chemicals separately over the year online, by like $500 or so.
