This is a good product at a decent price. I really like that all the tablets are individually wrapped. It does help to mitigate the chlorine fumes coming out of the bucket when you open it. I've read reviews complaining about the tablets all being broken upon receipt. In fact some of mine were broken but the wrapping was still intact so the entire content did make it into my dispenser. I'm not fussing about what likely may have happened in shipping. Most of the few that were broken had a crack right down the middle and near perfectly in half. I routinely break tablets in half to get more precise about what I'm adding based on test results and I think this is helping me control the CYA content too. I find these already broken tablets more of a help than a hindrance. I just use the half tablet and re-wrap the remaining half for later use. Nothing lost. Recommended! Enjoy! ... show more

I just recently went back to the pucks. I tried to manage my pool with liquid only but this FL sun would burn it off too quick.I first bought 3 pucks from my local Pinch a Penny and they dissolved completely in one week but the pool kept chlorine strong all week and looked great so I knew I needed to keep the pucks. At $7 each, that's insane so before I bought them in bulk from the pool store, I decided to try these. I bought a 10lb bucket. Arrived in perfect condition and individually wrapped. A week and a half later, my pool is balanced, looks amazing and the pucks are still more than half way so however they make these allows them to not dissolve as quickly as the pool store. I am very happy with my purchase and when I finish the 10lb bucket, I will get the largest one they have to save. Update: just finished my 10 pound bucket and ordered the 50 pound bucket. Still very satisfied. I need 3 pucks and they last about a week and a half before I need 3 more. Update: 50 lb container just arrived. Top 10 pucks are broken in half. The box was heavy and when in the box, you can’t use the handle which makes it tough to transport. They probably threw the box around. Hopefully not many more are broken. These are great high quality tabs each individually wrapped in plastic. Excellent price. I had these shipped from a 3rd party shipper to Nicaragua and was sceptical at first reading reviews that tabs came broken but mine never had 1 broken. I now have a 3+ year supply!

I have purchased the 50 lb bucket a few times. The first two were great, but the one I got before this last one seemed to be a bucket they used to put broken pieces in as every single last one was broken and smashed with split bags. That was definitely not due to delivery as the previous buckets would have maybe two or three. I made my complaint and gave them another chance and the last one I got so far doesn't show any broken tabs so it seems that they listened to the complaints about the past product having so many broken bags and smashed tablets. I used the broken ones anyway as it still did the job, but had to use gloves and do it all over the garage sink because of all the dust. The new bucket is much more convenient since I don't have to worry about the broken pieces getting everywhere. ... show more

Chlorine tablets have gotten expensive over the past few years. We've used the In the Swim 3 inch tablets for the last several years for our swimming pool. These are still expensive but represent a great value compared to the other options. The tablets are individually packaged in the bucket.
