    • Better than a regular pool cover. We’re using it for the summer
From what I read from the reviews , most people use this for a winter cover over top their regular pool cover. We however are using it as a summer cover and it’s great! We bought a 22x52 pool last year , and didn’t have a good start with it. We’re surrounded by trees, and we tried keeping it covered with the pool cover that came with it but it was just too heavy! It took 3-4 of us to do it, and a lot of frustration. Needless to say , it didn’t take long for us to ditch that cover…. We didn’t have any luck last year when it came to our pool. The pump went shot a month after having it , and it took TWO weeks to get another one. That was awful and getting the pool back was next to impossible. The rechargeable vacuum we also bought , just stopped working. It was a horrible vacuum honestly…. At the end of the season, we drained our pool and the amount of leaves and twigs at the bottom was awful. This year we had to do something different and I ran across this…. It’s AMAZING. It’s lightweight. Two people can easily put it on…. Quickly at that. It collects all the twigs and 99.9% of the leaves. The super tiny flower petals still get in but that’s manageable. We shake the net off as we slide it on the pool. Once dry , the leaves and stuff fall off pretty easily. The size fit our pool good. There’s a lot of overhang but that’s ok , we want that… our original pool cover had zero overhang , so you had to get it just right which was annoying. The only problem I have with it is the price. The price is sucky , so I do hope it makes it a couple of seasons. ... show more

Was skeptical at first, but I am very glad I purchased this. Put on initially in September with pool cover, waited for leaves to fall completely and removed it before first snow. Honestly a life saver! I have a 24ft round pool so needed two people to remove it without dumping leaves out. So far used 2 seasons and no rips or tears. Wish I could get a winter pool cover as durable! Bottom-line a great investment! ... show more
