I got this chair for my husband for his office at work. He sits for 8-12 hours a day and his back was hurting him so bad before I got him this chair. He literally gets compliments all the time on the chair and says that it is so comfortable on his back. HE LOVES it and it’s so worth it

It was a good chair, but as you can see by the pictures, it is not anymore. I have had it for about 3 months now. It maybe was used an hour a day if that, and I was always gentle with it. Today I was leaning back and both arms/sides snapped. This is a good chair if you have no desire to lean back otherwise I would advise you to choose another chair. The Good: Was comfortable when not broken. It looked very nice. The embroidered logo is done very nicely. The Bad: A major design flaw is that you screw the armrest into the seat and back rest. Meaning the only thing holding the back of the chair up is the armrests. This is a design flaw because, as I learned today, if you lean back even a little all the pressure that you lean back with is put on the armrests which eventually leads to them breaking. The confusing: The chair is shipped with the screws in it instead of in a bag. So you will probably think, as I did, that they didn’t send all the screws. I am currently contacting Imperial to see if replacement armrests are available. ... show more

My boyfriend loves this chair! It’s very comfortable even after playing games for hours. Putting it together was a little tough at times. But it was worth it.

Better than I expected! The seat is higher than I thought which is a big help. Not a fan of the cloth arm cover-bothers me after a while. Update-After 6 months, one of the casters broke…gonna reach out for replacement.

It's almost perfect! Just a little stiff. Fantastic quality, and a lot more than I was expecting. Just wish the chair had a little more give when i sat in it. Very comfortable though, and great for people who need to sit up straight and get work done for long periods of time.
