It came in perfect condition, and there were no missing parts, all the screws and tools were all accounted for, and after I built the whole thing it was very stable and able to hold my tv and systems and even my own body weight afterwards. First of all, it comes in a million pieces (slight exaggeration) and it is very heavy in the box. My son was unable to drag it inside, so I actually unpacked it and brought the pieces indoors. Btw..lots of packing material. It is fairly easy to put together, but it isn't a job you can rush. It took me about 4 hours (over a 2 day period) and I made sure I laid all the pieces out and organized them before I got started. The instructions say not to use a power tool to assemble, but I got tired of using a regular screwdriver, so I did use an electric tool to help screw in screws. The piece is heavy, but the drawers are not super sturdy. I'm not hard on my furniture, but if this is for a child's room or a heavy-handed man will be using it, it probably won't last for long. It will suffice for me because I couldn't bring myself to pay $600-$1200 for a dresser. ... show more

Instructions could use some work compared to other products I've purchased on here. Specifically including the number of screws and such with their letter in the corner. With that being said, customer support was very helpful in resolving an issue I had with their product. I'd say those two things cancel each other out, which leaves the quality of the product. The quality of the product is above that which is typical among furniture sold on Amazon. The main support pieces are very solid & structurally sound, while the inner pieces seem to be some kind of strong particle board, but is still above the average quality found on Amazon. If you are looking for 100% solid furniture, go to a furniture store. But if you are going to buy furniture on Amazon, this is going to be one of your best options for dressers! ... show more

A lot smaller than I thought it would be and not as sturdy as I had hoped for. After we put it together my husband and I had a good laugh because not only was it small but the top three drawers didn't even line up, we had to push it on one side the shimmy the drawers in place which of course you are not going to do every time, we are going to keep it because well it is already put together and taking it part to return it would be more work than we want to do. ... show more

Unfortunately, the dresser drawers are difficult to close and frequently get stuck. Additionally, there's a noticeable design flaw—the dresser requires two large brackets on each side for balance, which protrude from the bottom front. These brackets not only detract from the aesthetics but also pose a potential tripping hazard. There are also pretty large tabs between the drawers.
