We love the dresser. It was everything we needed. The only problem was one of the drawer panels was damaged during shipping. It took 2 weeks and needing figuring out how to send a pic to the seller but they replaced the panel that was damaged by no fault of there's. I would buy from them again.

This is a nice chest for the price took me about 2-1/2 hrs to assemble.. directions are straight forward ...just make sure you look at the pieces in the box to make sure you ordered the correct item due to the pieces are double sided...but overall a great product

I have never had a more displeasing experience and order, and that is a lot considering this is a piece of furniture (barely). The product comes in a bulky, styrofoam filled box that is bound to cake your entire floor in particles of it, have fun cleaning that up. Not only was the wood poorly designed and sanded, the screw holes were way too big, or small for the nail. The entire design is flawed, how are you supposed to open up the drawers if every time the screws become exposed from the other pieces? Washers kept falling out, literally almost anything possible went wrong with this product. This is the most interesting, laughable product because how incompetent do you have to be to screw up a dresser? Overall, do not buy or purchase any products from this cheap, greedy company. You will save your time going to a thrift store to buy furniture with an actual shelf life, as opposed to everything which is made of cheap plastic now a days. ... show more

I used my little electric screwdriver, scissors and that weird L shaped screw driver that came with the package. The instructions were easy enough to follow. It’s mostly just getting the drawers together. I did this by myself and it took like 2.5 hours. But I move slow and am a perfectionist. I also wiped down every piece before putting it together as it comes dusty. All pieces were in perfect condition. No missing pieces. Works perfect for what I needed to organize and fits good in a small apartment!! I decided to include pictures of what it looks like packaged. Also: I had already taken out the styrofoam that was on top and some pieces before deciding to take the picture but you get the idea. Lol The drawers slide in and out very easy. Make sure you put the Velcro on the bottom of each drawer!! ... show more

I read the reviews so I was aware of the cons before I purchased but I was looking for an affordable dresser that wasn't fabric and this was the best one I found for the space I had. That said- I like size, however, I do feel the drawers are a little small. If you have a lot of clothes like me, then most likely they won't all fit BUT I am not marking this as a con. Just an FYI. The cons: it took way longer than the 1 hour to put it together. 2 of the drawers didn't have the holes in them so I had to fix them. Then the frame was damaged on one side. I had to fix that issue also. It took about 4 hours and that made no sense. Additionally I don't think the top was explained well as I put it on backwards and didn't realize it until the end when I had to put the screws in the top. I was too tired to take the whole top off and fix it so that's that. Additionally the first big drawer didn't slide in all the way. It sticks out half an inch. This is also a manufacturer defect. Howvever, it fits nicely in the space it's in. It seems sturdy enough. This was a temp fix until I move to a bigger place so it works for now. This would be good if you have only a few items that you need it for or for a small space. I do think it should have been $50 cheaper. ... show more

This is a cheap product for sure. No roller guides on drawers they use metal tracks with felt wrap on the cheap drawers. The metal is bent and not good on the part that you slide in the sides. Things don't fit together well and the process took way over an hour like was suggested on the box. Personally I wouldn't pay over 70 for this it's not going to last if used as a daily set. 1 screw did strip on the face of one drawer. ... show more
