The scale is sleek, pretty, thin, light weight, & consistent. The app paired easily with the scale to export data to a CSV file. Unfortunately, after only 10 weeks of use, the app dropped its export function. In resetting, rebooting, & reinstalling, I lost 6 weeks of data. Ugh. When I finally found time to call iHealth, they deduced that the scale's bluetooth connection is defective, which they said is uncommon. The scale works great otherwise! I need the export and tracking capability for a medical issue, so iHealth will replace it. The support team (Dave T, especially) is awesome. I'd give it 5 stars but for the defect. I'll update this review in a few months to include my experience of the new scale. ... show more
