I've used many different types over the years and this is the only reasonably priced quality one that comes with the camera AND the monitor AND is usable via an app on your phone. Super crisp images, and the camera monitors room temperature and even room humidity! I've never seen such features! The speakers sound clear. There's night vision, and you can adjust the volume to a level of your choice. You can turn off the indicator light on the camera so that the room is dark and allows for sleep without bright lights. The monitor itself has an internal battery so you can keep the monitor with you wherever you go in the house and of course you can keep it plugged in as well. The media could not be loaded. I fell upon the iegeek baby monitors after my miku monitor crapped out on me last year. After the miku started glitching, the video quality plummeted and what made it worse was they started charging a subscription fee to maintain video coverage. Then I started researching long and hard for another baby camera and that’s when I decided to go with the iegeek camera. The first iegeek camera did so well that I bought this 2nd one for our 2nd child. This camera is outstanding. It took me less than 2 minutes to set up the camera to the iegeek app. For the app, it does require 2G WiFi connection which we readily had. There’s an SD slot so you can simply insert an SD card and all of your recordings can be saved on there. Iegeek offers a cloud subscription service, but the SD card had sufficient space for my needs. I can clear up space on the SD card through the app as I need to. The video quality is equivalent to if not better than the miku. There’s been times when my little one had spit up’s or even thrown up in the middle of the night, and I can see the stains clearly through the monitor. The monitor is easy to use with all buttons pretty self explanatory. Sound quality is also very good. When I use the mic to speak to baby, I can hear myself clearly. The video can auto detect day and night, and adjusts accordingly. Once the monitor is charged, it lasts quite a long time. Overall, a superb dependable baby monitor. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. We have a older version of this brand and has always worked very well. Both have very long range between receiver and transmitter. Have often used it in 2 different buildings or while camping where the is no wifi. This new version seems to be more sturdy and more quality. The usb-c port on this device is much appreciated then the old versions micro usb port. The camera has kind of a security opening on the bottom to hold the cable in place. On the older version the port was getting loose (still working) The sound alert work great. It's very sensitive. It has a lot of function, like lullabies, screen brightness, feeding reminders, temperature an humidity sensors, smart care, motion detection, sleep mode auto off music time etc. The wifi connection is of great use and easy to connect. The battery on the receiver is lasts a whole day before it needs recharge. Iegeek has good customer service. I have contacted them a few times for warranty and they reply in a timely manner. The media could not be loaded. This is the best brand of cameras on the market. Reliable app is fast to connect to, and you have full control and visibility of the room. Sound quality is great, you can adjust volume, zoom, brightness for nighttime viewing. Battery life is also very impressive. It is 2.4 GHz if that matters to anyone. There are SD card slots on both the monitor and the device, and cloud storage is also optional. Monitor has a nice size screen and great resolution. I was impressed with the sturdiness of it. My last one the kickstand broke so I was pleased to see this one looks like it will hold up to daily use. One feature I really like is the ability to play different music or white noise for my baby. The media could not be loaded. This is a great monitor to use for a baby or for pets. This monitor is very easy to set up. It also works with CLOUDEDGE which is the main app I use for cameras. Product comes with instructions that are easy to follow. It also has a mount if that's something you would like to do. The camera and images are clear and good quality so there's no complaints there. I haven't noticed any blurriness. The camera detects the slightest movements and noise, and the sensitivity can be adjusted through the app. There are a variety of settings on the monitor as well. The monitor is preferred when using the camera because it catches movements and noises that occurs in real time. The cloudedge app is convenient and is an additional great source for viewing the camera for phone and multiple users, but there's a slight lag with notifications with the app. I would recommend this camera for anyone who is looking for a monitoring camera! ... show more
