The media could not be loaded. It is the perfect size for at home use. The machine comes with very clear cut easy to follow set of instructions. It is also easy to clean afterwards. I store my metal cup in a zip lock in the fridge. The consistency comes out better if you also pre chill the syrup. What we have in the cup is still great consistency even with us forgetting ro do that part. ... show more

It’s not what I like or dislike about the machine. I didn’t read the instructions thoroughly enough before purchasing. I was comparing it to the regular ones that you get in the gas station and I’ve come to realize it’s more work to get the product I was looking for. The ICEE's that you can make with this machine are excellent. You have to follow the instructions exactly for it to work correctly. if you use too much ice the mixture freezes too fast and is hard to dispense. Fun to make and delicious.
