The media could not be loaded. Very impressed with this chair. We got an Ijoy massage chair that we ended up returning and after getting this, I'm so glad we did. I would recommend taking the head pillow off as it's slightly too thick to feel anything through. Some of the differences and pros and cons for this chair specifically. PROS: The foot rollers: Unlike the Ijoy and the majority of other massage chairs under 2k. It's not just one roller but 3. It's also not a smooth roller like others. But has a couple extra bumps which further massage. The size: The size is both a pro and con. It's a huge pro for me (130lbs 5ft 4). It's compact and fits perfectly in our bedroom, not bulky at all. It seemed to do well with my 6ft tall father in law, who is also skinny. However, anyone who is over around 200lbs, this chair will be too small for. The other massage chair we owned was significantly and unnecessarily bigger. Massage: the body scan seems to do much better than the other one we owned. The massage itself is less harsh and more catered to individual body types. Without jabbing you. The automatic modes are great, I just wish you could customize them a bit or have more options in manual mode (more on that below). Sitting: this could be a chair you could just sit in. Whereas, some others we've tried. They are extremely uncomfortable unless the massage is going. I think if this was a sitting chair you'd have to have a back pillow though since there is no lubar support. Material: I absolutely love the look of this chair, it's stitched well amd overall seems that it'll hold up quite well. I especially like that the feet area is a cloth rather than a leather. Even high end massage chairs go for a leather and it makes your feet so sweaty. CONS: Customize ability: I wish you could switch the intensity for certain areas. You only have 3 settings for Airbags. But I'd prefer for Airbags to stay consistently heavy on my feet specifically. While doing a lighter range on my arms. You are able to customize and have it focus on legs, but the other areas would shut off. This also includes the rollers. The manual mode there isn't a spot to be able to work very specific areas. It's more grouped into 3 sections. You also can't have it cycle through each of the techniques in this mode. You would have to continuously switch it. All in all the customizability needs work, but there are work around. Bluetooth speakers: I'm not sure if anyone truly uses this function aside from just getting it. However, the speakers are pretty poor. They just seem really hollow. Heat: The heat gets pretty warm. It works for me but I imagine for some it might be too warm where it becomes uncomfortable. There are no stages, it's just on or off. Lights: I wish you could switch the LEDs off, but they do stay on. All in all, this is a great chair that I'm very pleased with. I'd purchase it again and I think my mother in law will also be purchasing one now. Highly recommend, just some room for improvement! ... show more

I’ve had this massage chair for about 2 maybe 3 months now and I get in it every single day, every single conference call, morning and evening because ……. Why not! That’s why I bought it. My husband uses it 4-5 times a week as well. We love it! Delivery was fantastic and super quick. Just check your email for any questions they may have about your address to help expedite. We have tile throughout our home so I was able to slide it in to place with a little effort. It is very heavy so to avoid injury for sedentary people, make sure you have 2 people. It was 97% put together already. Not a single dent scratch or out of place item so extremely well packaged. The quality of the chair feels top notch. It won’t ever take the place of an amazing massage therapist but it sure does come close. It’s extremely quiet and quite comfortable to sit in. I had questions after delivery and the seller responded immediately. I would absolutely buy from them again for this reason! Great product and great service. I had knee surgery several year back from a motocross injury. I’ve had awful pain lately like an 8 on a scale from 1-10. I was 1 week out from getting my first cortisone shot bc Drs were convinced it was arthritis at 45, although I’m still active and well within my weight range with not a single health problem. I got the chair because I work from home and as a result sit far too much during the week. I thought doing this daily would help keep my back muscles and spine from exacerbating previous injuries. Broken bones mean spine constantly needs realignment. It didn’t even take daily to help. As the massage rollers went over my lower back and down the back side of my pelvis I felt the awful pain in my knee intensify. I let it happen bc the MRI and Xray showed no damage to the area that was in horrific pain. So I had no idea what was causing the pain. Only that it was odd that at my lower back at the top of my pelvis going down was causing knee pain! I set the focus of the rollers to stay in that area! By the end of the 20 mins I got up and NO KNEE PAIN. I told my surgeon and suggested far fetched as it sounds could it be my IT band and the pain from it tugging on the surgical site that currently has more than 5 screws about the size of deck screws right at the same location the IT Band attaches to the knee area NOT arthritis. Sent me to physical therapy where it was confirmed. No arthritis but due to broken pelvis from other motocross injuries now that I’m older the IT band is tightening to the extent it’s causing pain in my previously injured knee but nothing to actually do with the knee. Now I get in this chair every single day and as long as I do that I am pain free and it feels glorious. It’s cut down the number of times I need to see the chiropractor as well saving me money which was an added bonus. It has these amazing stretches for your spine and body and it feels so so good! So many different types of massages! Feels very well made and haven’t had a single problem with it. Needed a bit of guidance to use it. The directions are not good at all but just reach out to the seller and they immediately answer your question. Hands down If buy again and if you can swing the price which is very very good comparatively DO IT!!!! ... show more

This massage chair arrives completely assembled. It’s very heavy (sturdy) but two persons can easily slide it to its location. The chair has a good selection of pre-programmed massages with the ability to personalize the strength and timing of the massage. The blue-tooth speakers work well. Particularly love the “sleep” massage which literally rocks you to sleep and at the end of the massage leaves you in the zero gravity position so you don’t wake up. The remote control is easy to operate and lights up so you can see it in the dark. You can also operate the chair from an app on your smart phone. This chair looks sleek and is able to sit just a couple inches from the wall. This is my 3rd purchase of a massage chair and I think it’s the best value I’ve found.
