The media could not be loaded. Very impressed with this chair. We got an Ijoy massage chair that we ended up returning and after getting this, I'm so glad we did. I would recommend taking the head pillow off as it's slightly too thick to feel anything through. Some of the differences and pros and cons for this chair specifically. PROS: The foot rollers: Unlike the Ijoy and the majority of other massage chairs under 2k. It's not just one roller but 3. It's also not a smooth roller like others. But has a couple extra bumps which further massage. The size: The size is both a pro and con. It's a huge pro for me (130lbs 5ft 4). It's compact and fits perfectly in our bedroom, not bulky at all. It seemed to do well with my 6ft tall father in law, who is also skinny. However, anyone who is over around 200lbs, this chair will be too small for. The other massage chair we owned was significantly and unnecessarily bigger. Massage: the body scan seems to do much better than the other one we owned. The massage itself is less harsh and more catered to individual body types. Without jabbing you. The automatic modes are great, I just wish you could customize them a bit or have more options in manual mode (more on that below). Sitting: this could be a chair you could just sit in. Whereas, some others we've tried. They are extremely uncomfortable unless the massage is going. I think if this was a sitting chair you'd have to have a back pillow though since there is no lubar support. Material: I absolutely love the look of this chair, it's stitched well amd overall seems that it'll hold up quite well. I especially like that the feet area is a cloth rather than a leather. Even high end massage chairs go for a leather and it makes your feet so sweaty. CONS: Customize ability: I wish you could switch the intensity for certain areas. You only have 3 settings for Airbags. But I'd prefer for Airbags to stay consistently heavy on my feet specifically. While doing a lighter range on my arms. You are able to customize and have it focus on legs, but the other areas would shut off. This also includes the rollers. The manual mode there isn't a spot to be able to work very specific areas. It's more grouped into 3 sections. You also can't have it cycle through each of the techniques in this mode. You would have to continuously switch it. All in all the customizability needs work, but there are work around. Bluetooth speakers: I'm not sure if anyone truly uses this function aside from just getting it. However, the speakers are pretty poor. They just seem really hollow. Heat: The heat gets pretty warm. It works for me but I imagine for some it might be too warm where it becomes uncomfortable. There are no stages, it's just on or off. Lights: I wish you could switch the LEDs off, but they do stay on. All in all, this is a great chair that I'm very pleased with. I'd purchase it again and I think my mother in law will also be purchasing one now. Highly recommend, just some room for improvement! ... show more

Definitely a top contender in the massage chair market. This chair is packed with everything you need. From the easy to manipulate options, tailoring the chair to your individual needs. To the flexibility in size difference for each individual. I am 6.1 and my wife is 5.3. The chair does a body scan and can customize to your fit. The legs also extend to your length. Making each individual passenger fit like a glove on 0 gravity, so you're floating on a cloud. This is a very sleek and futuristic looking chair, which we enjoy! As an added bonus, the chair comes with its own fitted cover, which works out perfectly for us. Since we have cats that love to scratch furniture. My wife enjoys Being able to connect to the built in bluetooth speakers and listening to rain forest tones while being able to fully control chair with voice command automation, while also having the remote as a backup control option. ... show more

Please understand that I don’t leave a lot of reviews and when I read reviews I take it with a grain of salt. But BUYER PLEASE BE AWARE there are Multiple things wrong. Don’t buy this chair if you accept a swing as shown in the video clip of this chair. It intermittently switches positions. The seller will tell you it’s unreasonable to expect a swing and saying it would make you dizzy. But describes the swing similar to the swing of a baby cradle just like it shows in the video but it’s not the how it actually operates. And they say you can return but only in original packaging so DO NOT DESTROY THE BOX. It can’t be returned otherwise. So I am stuck with a chair that doesn’t operate as advertised. They also send you a pdf remote manual after the fact. This manual is just screen shot of the remote no explanations of what’s being shown. You can’t adjust anything. Only the position of the feet and chair while your in an auto program. You can’t adjust any auto programs so really you either love or hate. You have little more control during manual but it’s not intuitive, the stupid picture manual is a joke. it’s just guessing game and the seller well tell you to “get to know the chair”. I honestly thought I did the best research possible. I read the entire discretion, watched videos, read reviews and questions. I went to the website outside of Amazon. I compared everything but still ended up with a purchase I regret. Know I guess I have a chair I better learn to love, I hate it right now. Every morning and every night in is this massage chair helps me relax and rewind. It has relaxing settings from gentle shiatsu, relaxing and refreshing, up to very strong muscle scraping and knocking. I also love the zero gravity, I have fallen asleep in it quite a few times. Highly recommend!
