I had no problems whatsoever. Quick tip if you plan to use the foil balloons the way I did, don’t waste you money on putting helium in them. Just use the straw they provide to blow it up. I had more than enough petals to work with I even had a lot extra. The candles did not come with this set. I was skeptical because some people said they didn’t receive certain letters but I think for some it may have been a mistake they over looked. When I opened everything up I thought I had 3 v’s but I quickly realized that they were the O’s, once you blow them up you will see that they connect on one end to create the O. Everything looked exactly like the picture but seeing it in person made me so excited. My boyfriend and I had to work for Valentine’s Day which was also the day we choose to celebrate our anniversary so I surprised him after a very stressful day at work he was so surprised and happy. The bear balloons were one of his favorite parts of the decoration. Also some said they didn’t hold well with the helium which is not really ever because of balloons I was actually advised by Publix when they blew up mine to do them the day of preferably to schedule them to be blown up an hour or 2 before because it only last for about 10 hours so I’m pretty sure some people tried to get them blown up ahead of time and some of the helium wore off by then or they tried to inflate their balloons themselves and it just didn’t work out. Save your self the trouble and get them blown up at Publix or dollar tree. ... show more

    • Missing Parts/ 34 of 45 ballons! no petal!!! Ruined proposal on anniversary
I dont know about inflation because i needed all of the piece's advertised to be inside plus i needed the rest of the items i ordered on Thursday to arrive by Tuesday night at the very latest or my plans epically failed!! here's Wed. Needless to say i wasnt able to carry out my surprise proposal. Its one of the biggest days of my life and i worked tirelessly to make it special ans perfect for the woman i love. Now my work was in vain for nothing came through as promised incomplete orders and late packages ruined the proposal id envisioned since items ordered Thursday still arent here and now its back to work for me i missing 3 days pay to have a romantic break for me and my gf so i could plan all this perfectly. Now i cant times up for perfect now i got to start over again. This order was missing key piece's no petals and 11 ballons werent in my package!!! I specificity signed up for prime trail membership bc of the promise of free 2 day delivery with prime, thinking it would be amazing to get free 2 day delivery yet i only recieved 1 package the one im typing about now. It came Saturday night well most of it came anyway then i got one on Monday night and the others also said they would be here Monday but they have yet to arrive so much for graduated delivery by said date!!! So much for my perfect big day so no i didnt get to propose Tuesday night!!! How could i with missing petals ballons and 2 vital other packages!! Im so upset and dissatisfied with the quality of over all service, late delivery and false advertising of whats included in this product it claims 1000 petals yet there not there and i counted the ballons over and over and it totals 34 not 45. Then the only on that arrived on time came incomplete not that i can do anything with it until the others get here anyway they all are needed for my surprise engagement to go accordingly ive been planning for a month and now that my packages are late plus the one i got has missing ballons and came without ANY petals, its made my whole surprise engagement a complete disaster!!!!! Now i have to plan a new date i took off work to make this weekend a romantic weekend ,special dinner, setting, having her daughter involved and my friends ready willingly drove across town excited to help set up now aren't going to be able to go through all the trouble again next weekend and even if they would how could i ask them too, they have plans next weekend it being Halloween and live an hr away from me...so much for my special moment in time....to be on the day we met.....unless i wait a year!!!!! Im very disappointed in a company as reputable as Amazon/ Amazon/Prime they really dropped the ball . Word to the wise...I would think twice about signing up for a membership if its to get 2 day delivery for a baby shower engagement special wedding party birthday bc id hate for your experience to turn out like mine. First thing first, the reason why I bought it for my proposal was it has basically all the ballons I needed. The heart shape balloons look good but the regular ballons are cheaply made with a strong odor. Forget about the red fabric rose petals they are cheap too and it will be all over the place. Don’t waste your money. These are extremely low quality. Most of the latex balloons were stuck closed at the opening and unable to be inflated. The Mylar balloons all smelled like petroleum. I would not embarrass myself by putting out this junk so I threw it back into the package. Very disappointing outcome for my intended Valentines Day surprise. the design is great but the very bad thing is that the metallic hearts are not hearts but round balloons that is why I could not put them, they can all be inflated with helium, although they did not come perfect The ones I used were perfect and they helped me a lot because I combined them with others, just for that I give them 80% ... show more

Absolutely disappointed. The item came early but not in enough time for me to return it because here we are two days before valentines day and I dont have the complete event kit that I need. You shipped me two U's and two V's. Nowhere in the world is that how you spell the word Love. I'm so upset this cost me 30 bucks just for it to destroy my plans. Also, the letters cant be blown up, only the heart balloons. Thank God my girlfriend appreciated my effort over the quality. Please don't send anymore defective kits. I'm highly annoyed. This was a great little set. All the rubber heart balloons popped before even inflating then entirely. Everything else was okay and easy to put together.
