    • Protective case doesn’t fit on charging dock
Product does its job in protecting your PS PORTAL, but the plastic housing doesn’t sit too good on the unit itself. Right under the screen, the back of the protective case isn’t engaged. I tried to force it so it could fit SNUG, but the plastic found its shape and hardened to what shape it took. The side mount for the PORTAL to be mounted on top of your PS5, fits better with out the case. I found that I was docking the PORTAL with the case on and I would encounter some PLAY and I’m not able to charge it with the case on either. I feel like the entire product is great, but the protective case is the one causing the issues. At the end of the day, I got this product for its protective properties, so I’m happy with that ... show more

The Case was nice and durable. Would have been great value for the money if all the accessories were included as advertised. I only received the Case and the Clear Cover in the packaging.
