  • SAFE AND SECURE: Comes with co-injected soft rubberized ratcheting hooks that secure the frame of your bike in place without scratching the metal surface. Featuring dual key locks to prevent bikes and bike rack from being stolen. Adjustable wheel holders allow you to easily accommodate bikes of different sizes. Tighten the wheels with reflective velcro straps that help improve visibility in the dark. Additional security straps included, ensuring your bike stays firmly on the rack

It's hard to find eBike racks out there that are strong enough and rated to safely hold two, heavy eBikes, but this one is a great rack. We've been hauling our two fatty eBike mountain bikes around and it does a great job. It's very solidly built, easy to use, fits into our trailer hitch, is easy/intuitive to use and comes with all the straps etc. to secure your valuable bikes. The arms are padded so they can be snugged firmly onto your bike w/o scratching it and together with the wheel straps and extra generic strap they provide your bikes are never going to rattle loose or fall off. It's designed with removable pins so you can fold it up while its on the hitch to reduce it's footprint, and to fold it down (when bikes are off) so you can get into the back tailgate. Perfect rack in all those regards. The only minor marks I can deduct is the locks. Good news is the rack has two sets: each bike arm is lockable to deter people from swiping the bikes off your rack and then there is another lock to deter someone from steeling the rack off your hitch. Given the cost of the rack and bikes, I do worry about both. The locks are locks... but if someone really wants to, and has time, they are not that beefy. It will stop a common thief / theft of opportunity but if someone really wants your stuff and has tools they won't stop a determined, equipped thief. Also, one of the arm locks is finicky and hard to lock when under the load of being snugged onto the bike. Again, so happy there are locks - just don't live in the illusion you are buying Fort Knox. Overall, great rack, very strong, practical and we're glad to own it. ... show more

I really did my research when I was looking to purchase a bike carrier for our class c Rv for 4 e-bikes. Glad my research lead me to purchase this one. It has been a year now and we couldn’t be happier with this bike carrier. It’s heavy duty, and great quality. We really like the locking security features, and the option to remove one rack if we only haul two bikes. Found a YouTube video with assembly directions that were easy to follow. Money well spent… Should be the only one we will ever need. ... show more

    • Great RV e-bike rack -- with a couple of minor issues

As the Swagman model for RV's that can support heavy e-bikes behind travel trailers are sold out everywhere and won't be restocked anytime soon I decided to go with the only other e-bike capable, RV approved (for travel trailers) bike rack I could find. Actually was pleasantly surprised as I already own the standard Swagman RV approved model for regular bikes and really like it. However, this bike rack is a very good alternative and just has a couple of minor things that drop it a notch below the Swagmans. The rack definitely is sturdy enough to support our two 52 lbs. bikes and is easy to load and unload. The center support bracket drops down which makes it very easy to load the bike that goes on the inside of the rack. The bike rack is very well made and seems as durable as the Swagman. One thing I don't like are the flimsy velcro tire straps included; bought some heavier duty ones and will use those instead. Also, the center support bar moves around too much when locked into place and causes the bikes to sway a bit; as opposed to the Swagman models that are rock-steady. So, dropping a star mainly because my two complaints really are design/product flaws that should not have made it to a finished product. But all in all, I am satisfied with the purchase and feel like the bike rack adequately carries and supports the bikes. ... show more

Amazing, I must admit I choked a little over the price of this but was soon to understand the cost when it arrived. I purchased the X2 kit with top bars and dolly as our bikes are step through. The packaging was superb and the fit /finish of the parts were top notch quality. It takes about an hour to assemble but the instructions are clear and concise. If you want the best then go ahead and pony up the dough for this rack, you will not be disappointed. I have seen way to many of these that are wobbly bobbly bouncing down the road, certainly not the case with this one, we have two 80 lb ebikes and I am confident, even on Michigan roads that we will arrive attached and in one piece. ... show more
