The media could not be loaded. This thing is awesome! Takes all the bashing you can do! Fast and durable. However, after running it hard for about 20 full charges, I've noticed 2 main issues with mine, and 1 minor one. 1: After lots of hard acceleration on carpet, (really high traction surfaces), I managed to sheer both the front and rear differentials! The gearsets themselves are perfectly fine, but the screws that hold the diffs together break right in half inside the housing! This is very avoidable, but I figured I'd let you guys know. Upgraded diffs are now available on Amazon and I have ordered 2. Should be a pretty simple fix! (Full issue explained in my short video) 2: The wheel hexes are made of a decently weak plastic, and I've managed to strip one of them. Very cheap and easy replacement, but something to note. (Picture of wheels, left has stripped hex, the right is perfect) 1 minor: I did manage to slightly bend one of my shock shafts, but for all the bashing I've done, I'm VERY pleased at that being the only bashing damage, and it's barely even noticable. (Picture of shocks, the one on the right is SLIGHTLY bent, not a big issue, but this was after a lot of very heavy bashing) Overall I'd recommend this to anyone trying to get into RC, as it's my first hobby-grade RC and it's held up to my noob-like driving! After watching several video reviews I decided to purchase H16BM as a possible replacement for my Son's Latrax Teton that keeps breaking. The build quality is on point with my Traxxas Slash VXL. Lots of metal parts and electronics are cleanly installed. A lot of replacement parts are included with the truck as well which you do not find with the name brand kits. The instructions were very thorough and give assembly instructions for the entire kit as well as good breakdown of parts. I was able to do do a quick test once I installed the wheelie bar and the truck is very fast. 70% was fast, but still controllable. 100% power made the truck even faster, but it lost most of its ability to turn at speed. This is a very impressive truck at $150. The only negatives I ran into was that the radio is a bit cheap. I had to move the batteries around to get it turn on the first time. It is really not that far off quality-wise as compared to the Latrax radios. The other issue is that the bodies are thin and brittle. Thankfully they give you two, but I will try to find another 1/16 body to replace the stock ones as they will only take so many tumbles. ... show more

Ok so randomly on prime day I came across this. It was a total spur of the moment buy, I've never owned an rc before and figured what the heck. And really, I got lucky, because if you do some research you'll find out this is one of, if not the best 1/16 beginner you can buy. It's surprisingly, very fast. It handles best with the 2s batteries you get with it, but I did go ahead and purchase a 3s and holy crap.. you really have to feather the throttle otherwise it just tosses itself back. I've gone through some tough slams, and so far nothing has broken yet. Really impressed. If your on the fence, I'd suggest just doing it. I dont think you'll be disappointed. For the price point, I just don't think it can be beat. ... show more

Great RC for the money. Looks good, runs great and fairly well built. This is my 2nd HYPER GO RC and the "big boys" better look out. Parts are readily available although this thing is VERY durable if not abused. I plan on purchasing more HYPER GO products for the simple fact you get a decent quality product for way less than 1/2 of the big brands. I totally recommend!!! ... show more

Fun little hot rod! Was going to buy the higher voltage battery but glad I didn’t. This thing will flip on its back at 100% throttle! Came with extra parts axles and other high wear parts, haven’t needed them yet. Great buy for the price!
