Product came shrink wrapped, so it was pretty flat. As with all new items, I washed it & dried it. Cover appeared as pictured afterwards. Mattress cover fits my queen mattress perfectly. Soft, comfortable, & padding as expected. Great product for price! I read some bad reviews but figured I’d try it. I wonder if people washed/dried product which should always be done with cloths & fabric to remove chemicals etc! ... show more

I am one of those odd people who don't always do well with sheets. At least on my sleep number bed. So, I got this hoping to keep my mattress safe and I really like how it fits without sliding up and off while I sleep. Only downfall is I wish it wasn't so slick. I slide down my bed while I sleep on it. I sleep inclined some with a cpap, so, this is sort of an issue. But, it is comfy so I will keep it. The other week I came home to discover that my puppy decided to eat a small hole in my mattress :/. Luckily it was towards the foot of the bed and it was mostly string and fabric in a ball that an issue. I have a pretty great mattress and the hole wasn’t big enough to have to replace the mattress and it’s one of those that I can’t flip to the other side. After a week, the hole was annoying because my foot would rub against it and even through a sheet you could see it. I decided to get a mattress cover to even out the mattress and prevent my puppy from wanting to dig more at the spot he ate. The price is initially what drew me in. I got it while it was on sale for around $25. I honestly wasn’t expecting much since I wasn’t looking to add anything other than leveling the mattress. Once I got it, I immediately washed and dried it. Held up well and only had to do one cycle on the dryer which was nice. It fit nicely over my mattress and I liked the fact that the cover has long..sheets on it? I’m not sure how to describe it, but it’s basically got the idea of a fitted sheet. My sheets fit really good over it as well. Wow. Honestly I was very surprised when I went to bed. It did even everything out like I wanted but it was also very soft and felt very luxurious. I don’t have a problem sleeping or anything but, I slept even better than usual and felt really refreshed. Even though I didn’t really want to get up in the morning, it made it easier since I slept good. It really felt like I was sleeping on a luxury mattress at a nice hotel at the beach. It really felt like a little slice of luxury in my home. I really love it. I would definitely purchase this again and am going to recommend this to my parents. ... show more

Good quality and nice color. Had this now for a while and it is great. Fits nicely on the mattress. A little soft feel to it. Would buy again when we need to replace it. Wash on delicate cycle and the same for drying.

Just received this mattress pad and was upset by how flat it was. I have got the EASELAND mattress pad twice and it fluffed up as soon as I opened it and it was super thick. So I didn't listen to the negative reviews and bought this one anyways and it disappointed me. But I put it in the dryer and it fluffed up some but not like it should. I contacted customer service and they are sending me a replacement. With no actions on my half. So I'm going to see if this one is fluffier. And I will update my review! But it is very soft. But seems thin. So I'm Hoping it doesn't tear in the washer. I got this on clearance I wouldn't pay full price for it. And the easeland brand is much better in my opinion ur for 23$ it's worth it I think. I'll update my review after I get my new topper Wow I have to say I am sleeping on the one I got that didn't fluff up right tonight while I wait on the replacement. And it is so comfy! It may not be as thick as the other mattress pad known. But it's softer! And like sleeping on air. I didn't think it would be this comfortable I'm impressed! Can't wait to see how I wake up in the morning. I co sleep with my daughter and I bought jersey cotton tight tight tight fitted sheets t go bed my pillow top mattress pad so there isn't any way she will get caught in the topper.
