The media could not be loaded. So far these have lived up to my expectations. They arrived a day before the initial expected date which was a nice surprise. These were less expensive than the versions at my local hardware store so I assumed they would be a lesser quality but for the most part the components don’t feel cheap. They took about an hour to assemble (I was distracted by college basketball on TV) but they were easy to put together following the instructions included and the video that is linked in the instruction pamphlet. I did a little bending to a few components to get them to fit flush but this is almost always the case for anything that is shipped. I have never had patio heaters of this type before and they are a bit tricky to get going even after following the attached instructions exactly and watching a few YouTube videos, since both units were the same challenge maybe it’s just a me problem and will become easier after a few uses. Patience paid off and I was able to get them both lit. The control knobs are a somewhat thin plastic and I managed to crack one when fiddling with it trying to get them lit but purchased some seemingly more durable universal type knobs from the local hardware store to replace the others, again this might have been a me issue when having difficulty getting them lit initially. One of the front panels was also missing one of the two tabs (likely a shipping casualty although I didn’t find a broken off tab in the box) that fits into a slot in the bottom that helps to secure the front panel, annoying but the magnet closure is strong enough that it holds the panel in place securely with only one of the two tabs inserted and it doesn’t affect the functionality of the patio heater at all. They definitely fit the look I was going for and put out detectable heat but I can’t speak to how truly effective they are because I live in southern Arizona and it was 78 degrees today in late February, the worst temperatures they will combat hover around 30-40 degrees Fahrenheit. Received this product on time from supplier. Was pleasantly surprised. Packaging was very well done. Relatively large box approximately 18 x 48 X 6” everything well protected. I got this last minute for my husband's 60th, 80's birthday party, and it came in very handy as it warmed our guests! Easy to setup, easy to use. One thing, when you set it up for the first time, be sure to do it in a slightly darker area, as I attempted to light it, thinking it wasn't working, but it was, I just couldn't see the pilot, so just be aware that can be difficult to see in full sunlight :) It worked though! ... show more

I thought the assembly instructions were actually pretty good. A couple bolts missing, but was still able to get around that. It took some time, but once assembled it looks good and was pretty quick to light. It looks and sounds great, but is not giving off much heat at all. After assemble, the unit will not light. The pilot light does, but the pilot won't stay lit when you turn it to heat. Currently trying to contact the seller for a replacement part. After removal of the burner assemble, I found a loose connection. After re crimping the connector and re-installing the burner, it works fine. Updating my rating, good value. ... show more
