  • Great case
Style: Case
Great saw case plenty of room for supplies

  • Perfect for my 562xp!
Style: Case
This is a perfectly snug fit for my 562xp! I did try to see if the 572xp would fit, but the felling spikes are the limiting factor as the saw doesn't fully sit or allow the box to close properly. Pictured is my 562xp and that seems to be the largest saw you can place in the box. Really happy with this purchase, and love that it neatly keeps everything together for travel. If you're wondering, the gray cloth in my picture is an oil absorbant towel for any oil leaking after use. I did this based off of others suggesting it online. My only negative is that the extra tool slots being empty have prompted me to buy Husqvarna files and other tools that fit to complete the kit. ... show more

  • Nice design
Style: Case
I like the way I can carry. Not just my saw in it, but also other things I may need when I am out cutting wood

  • Need to open front & top to get stihl out
Style: Case
I purchased a Stihl 251 c-be and needed a case, Stihl has one at twice the price and this seemed to be the better value and a plus was it is stackable. The only con I see is you HAVE to open the top AND the front , to get the saw out. Not a big deal and just hope the polyvinyl clasps hold up. Only time will tell. The Stihl fits very snug and has room for extra saw tool, chain oil and a handful of chains. All in all , a good purchase and is the same color as the Stihl. I’m happy with the purchase(although not perfect) but, good value for the money. ... show more

  • Fits mt husqvarna 455 Rancher with 20" bar perfectly
Style: Case
Ive had several of the old style rounded shaped cases that dont fit anywhere. This square and stackable box fits in any spot in ur shop or truck. The thick walls make it very sturdy. The bar scabbord is removable so you can take the bar off the saw and put it in the scabbord and it fits in the box. Making it a perfecly square and stackable box for storage. Holds all nessecary additional items for ur saw in tight designated areas. I love it. Im going to get a smaller one for my 16" bar debranching saw. This thing will last for many years and handle the rough conditions that these tools are used in. A wonderful buy and great price. ... show more

  • Works for a Stihl 180C
Style: Case
Really like this case, much better than the clam shell type cases. My Stihl 180C fits in it perfectly, along with a quart bottle of chain oil, small bottle of 2 cycle oil, misc tools and some wedges.

  • Fits a Kobalt 80 volt electric with minor modifications
Style: Case
Fits a Kobalt 80 volt electric with minor modifications Summary: I wanted a hard storage box for my Kobalt 80 volt electric saw, which is a Greenworks rebranded for Lowes, and this Husqvarna boxes works with minor modifications. Minor Modifications: 1) The Kobalt has a slightly wider handle (about 1"), so would not fit in the box without modification. Used a small butane torch to heat the plastic then remolded it to fit (just the area at the rear wall). The modular construction which allows disassembly (removal of the sides) aided in this task. 2) The saw sat a little bit low, so I also added a 1/2" thick board to raise it up. Attached it with adhesive backed velcro. Features & Benefits: Greenworks has a dedicated box for the Kobalt, but I wanted the square box-ish shape so that I could stack other items on top of it when placed on the storage shelf. I also like the extra space inside which allows for storage of extra batteries, and felling wedges. Pros: Simple snap together construction (came assembled) Lots of room for extras, including the molded in spaces for scrench, plugs, files, etc. Cons: None ... show more

  • Fits husky 440 with 18” bar just fine. I use it for storage only
Style: Case
The case is good for keeping oil from leaking out into the back of your truck or trunk of your car. But this is basically just an assembled husky branded orange version of the case made in black that requires assembly found on Amazon as part number 49MACASE953. Frankly it’s worth it not to have to assemble. That said getting the saw in and out of the case isn’t very speedy so I don’t use this at all except to throw spare chains filters and oil in during the season when I’m using this particular saw. I live in a remote heavily wooded area where trees fall regularly, sometimes blocking roads so I keep this saw in this box in the trunk just in case. And it’s great for that. Negatives: * clunky to get saw in and out. So when you’re working an arborist or logging gig it’s just too much hassle to put the saw in the case. For that I much prefer my Stihl bag which I use for my 462… but my husky is a great little saw and is my “spare” or arbortist saw because it’s lighter and I’d never climb trees with the 462 LOL * the tool holding feature molded into the plastic of the case I’ve found to be worthless. Even the tools designed to fit into the molded plastic just don’t fit in some cases—for instance the field clamp for chain sharpening. So my spare quart of lube oil and 2.6 oz 2 stroke bottle and a quart of premix and extra chain and files all just rattle around loose in there. It’s good to have them in one spot but even my Stihl bag has separate compartments to organize and hold these items much better and in a way that I really find useful. Stihl makes a lot of bags the particular one I’m using now is called the sportsman I think. Also I hear the echo hard case has useful sections for tools and whatnot but whatever this box works fine for what it’s for. ... show more
