The driver set takes care of numerous other projects at home. The tach was the answer for my weed eater, doesn't bog down in heavy cuts and tuning the idle adjustments to specs was made simple. Tach is still working after more than two years. Great cheapo unit. I am not sorry I bought this even though I normally buy American made tools. This tool set would cost upwards of $150 if you could find the drivers other places. Did not require a trip to the local lawn mower house either. This is a very useful tool for the DIYer to adjust the carburetor on small engines. It saved me time and money by being able to adjust the carburetor of my Husqvarna gas weed trimmer without having to leave it at a shop for who-knows-how-long and getting a big repair bill. I watched videos online until I knew just what to do. The set included lots of shapes for lots of different machines. I bought it just for the splined driver to adjust the idle on my husqvarna 130 chainsaw. Tweaked the carb and now it’s perfect. I can’t believe most places that sell chainsaws and other small engines, don’t sell these. Totally worth while.

It took a while to resolve support issues online, but the seller representatives came up with additional documentation for support of the rpm meter installation and operation. I appreciated their concern, support and quick action. The documentation is included above and may be helpful to others. Undisclosed in the product description is the fact that the rpm meter has a useful mean life based on a non-replaceable battery, which means no long-term usage.
