Had a problem with this at first..but thankfully I'm a woman that knows a thing or two 😁 the key wouldnt turn the lock after it was locked once not even wd40 helped but fixed the sucker with a hairpin and it works fine now.

Works as it should. There's a top tray and a main bottom. It comes with 2 keys. The only issue I have is sometimes I struggle with the lock. It takes me a few tries to get it to lock but unlocking is ok. It also makes a metal grinding sound when I lock and unlock. I may have just ended up with a faulty item I guess. Opened the box for the first time and the lock mechanism just fell out! The lock isn't screwed or welded inside. If I put it back in I can lock the box, but the locking mechanism can be jiggled loose and out. This safe box is worthless.
