When I got a stand-up desk, I needed to mount my tower below the desktop to avoid pulling cables out. This computer mount fills the bill. Because of the brackets under the desk, I could not take advantage of the swivel capability of the mount, but I don't count that as a significant disadvantage. I didn't realize at first that there's no restraint front-to-back, meaning that the computer could slide out. I installed the mount so that the computer would be centered, but I am a little worried that push-pull of memory or USB plugging could eventually slide the computer to a point of instability.     • PILOT HOLES!
It was really easy to install on my adjustable desk. I do think if they had double sided tape to hold it up on a table that would of been great since I have a large electronic adjustable table and turning it upside down would of been easy but the weight of my table, it would be too hard. I ended up using a stool to hold it up while I was drilling it into my table pilot holes. USE PILOT HOLES!!! ALWAYS USE PILOT HOLES!!! IF YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT PILOT HOLES ARE, GOOGLE PILOT HOLES. IT ALSO SAYS HOW TO USE PILOT HOLES IN THE INSTRUCTIONS. ... show more

    • A very good solution for standing desk with a little design flaws
I installed it two weeks ago and has been a very good solution for my standing desk, making easier the cable management and letting use the desk in sitting and standing height with no worries for the cables being pulled. The only cons I found is that I have a Cougar MG120-G case which has 210 mm (8.27 in) wide and I had to bend a little the top plate to hold it. To be fair, it claims support 7.75 in cases. In a few comments I read the screws aren't good for holding the whole piece but as my desk is high enough, I used the bigger screws (the wall ones). And last, it would be better if the bottom would be a little wider to hold all the base of the case. Apart from that, the material looks strong enough to not worry about it (I'll check it every week to avoid it falls) and I'm very satisfied with the product and the shipping time (it arrived to Chile one week before the expected date) ... show more

Lol so I forgot to use a tape measure before making this purchase, but after some ingenuity I was able to fit my tower in this bracket and I must say, it looks good, not to mention the desk space I gained getting the pc off the top of my desk.

This mount is still too flimsy even for 20lbs. I was surprised at how scary it was to see the tower tilting a bit after putting it on the mount. I'm going to try another mount that is more heavy duty as I have seen those fare better in reviews.
