    • A good baby monitor, but don't expect to be blown away by audio/visual quality.

The best part about the Nursery View Pro is how easy it is to use and set up. Or maybe it's more accurate to say that there's really no set-up required. Plug the camera in, turn the viewing screen on, and you're good to go. The only caveat to this is that the camera doesn't come with any sort of stand or tripod, so I needed to buy one separately to get a good into-the-crib viewing angle. The monitor controls are pretty easy and intuitive to use as well. The camera has a pretty nice degree of pan and tilt, as well as night vision functionality that does a decent job. There are other built-in features like a temperature sensor, which is nice to have, and a 2-way speaker that works fine as long as you're not expecting great sound quality. The camera will also play some white-noise as well, but, again, don't expect the best sound quality. For us, this baby monitor is perfect. It's simple to use, and I the battery on the display unit seems to last a while. That's pretty much all I want or need. Better audio/visual quality and and easy way to save/store video would be nice, but it's not really necessary. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone who needs a straight-forward baby monitor. But anyone looking for a lot of bells and whistles might be left wanting. Otherwise, it's a pretty good product. ... show more

We've had this monitor for about two weeks and have used it everyday, multiple times per day. The picture quality is great and the range is perfect! Able to take outside while doing yard work, etc and we do not lose connection. Love the panning feature!!

I love ALMOST everything about this monitor. The picture quality is great in day or night, the remote pan zoom tilt is great. The one camera wouldn't connect at first and then when it did it disconnected and I couldn't get it reconnected at all. I am returning this item and hopefully it will be improved. ... show more

I’m so mad at myself for buying this too early and I’ve missed the return window. All those images you see of a phone in the marketing? Has nothing to do with the monitor, this monitor does not connect to your phone. I should have researched better, but incredibly disappointed in a company who does this type of trick marketing. In addition the view is not good because the pan feature is very limited, you have to hang it at the exact right height and angle to see the baby. Lastly, the range is so small! I looked for a monitor that doesn’t connect to wifi because I have seen too many scary instances with those. So this was great for our needs and we can add a second monitor in the future if needed. The picture looks totally fine, I can talk to baby through it if needed. I love that the camera just need plugged in and then you can use it immediately.we have had no issues with the charge and have been using it for 5 months. There are a lot of baby monitors out there so choosing the right one can be difficult, especially with the huge price ranges. This camera and video monitor bundle has worked great for us. The quality of the camera is good and the zoom feature is also a nice functionality to have. We also like how the monitor displays the temperature of the room. In our house, some rooms fluctuate temperatures more than the rest of the house so this is helpful to see from the monitor. The connection between the camera and the monitor is clean and the sound is steady and doesn't cut out like some phone app to camera connections. One thing that's important to note is the camera is zoomed in pretty far so you will need to 1) place it higher than the crib or bassinet and 2) place it far enough away so you have a wide enough frame to see. Although the camera can pan and tilt, if you set it up too close to the baby, it doesn't tilt that far down so will need to be pretty high up on a shelf or something to get a quality view. The media could not be loaded. Very disappointed, it says ready to pair but doesn’t connect at all! Motorola doesn’t even mention in Amazon literature that it does not have a feature to connect to the app!! It even has the same name as the hubble motorola app.
