I can’t say enough good things about this baby monitoring system! From the moment I set it up, I felt confident in its functioning. The camera provides excellent video quality and app is packed with lots of features. It alerts about baby’s movements, sounds keeping me informed even when we are not in the room. The talk-back function to talk to baby is also good, and we appreciate the additional features like temperature monitoring, which helps us ensure my baby’s comfort. The app also offers a Baby tracker tool where we can capture lots of digital information about our baby's growth and development. When we first set it up it was great. Everything worked well. Loved that I could watch it on my phone. Then baby came and we are 5+ months in and she’s started to sleep in her crib. Now the app video never works, says camera is offline but it is not. The picture quality is good. Range hasn’t been a problem. I bought a camera w an app feature for it to work when I wanted to check it not when it decides to work. There’s got to be better. ... show more

The product itself is of the lowest quality and I would never recommend to anyone with children. It has horrible connection not only with the physical monitor but also on the mobile app. On top of a horrible product is the terrible customer service. They sent us a cracked screen and would not refund, nor send us a new one. Said it was our issues to deal with. Then the camera would not connect to the hand held monitor and told us again not there problem. Only after we got Amazon involved would they send a new camera, however still would not replace our cracked screen on our monitor. The monitor constantly gives us connection issues and the mobile app will no longer connect to the camera. This is the worst brand and I will never buy anything from them again would recommend the same to anyone with little kids. This brand does not care about them just cares about taking your money. The picture is showing that this product is less than 2 years old and now will no longer even turn on. Steer clear of this company if you want to actually be able to view your kids. ... show more
