I have always had great results with HTVRont, so I was thrilled when my husband got me these mats for Christmas. However, they are *extremely* sticky. I should have patted it with a lint-free cloth first. Just a FYI for everyone else.

Can't beat the price or the stick!!!

I supposed I am writing this so I can remember for the next time. These mats are very reasonably priced, but I need to remember they are one of the most stickiest mat's I have every met! I tried to cut stencil vinyl on it and the backing of the vinyl stuck to the mat. No big deal as far saving the st
encil, but the mat is a mess and very difficult to get the paper off it (I know about cleaning mats BTW). I am not new to this world of vinyl, cutting, HTV's, etc. This happened the last time I bought these with card stock, which was destroyed. I cleaned the mat and it lasted a while longer. Back to the present... The next thing I needed to cut I made sure to literally put the mat on my shirt to pick up some lint to lessen the tackiness. Even the Cricut Fabric mat has less stick, but six of these for the price will last me at least a year (maybe less if I don't remember to de-stick them). That's why the 4 star rating. I will read other reviews and see if I am the only one having this issue. Even when I was laying my piece on the mat, barely touching it to be sure the vinyl was placed straight, etc.... even then the mat grabbed the back of the paper and I barely touched it. Now at that point I should have realized what was going to happen, because it happened in the past. But I will buy them again! :)

These seem very nice. Have'nt used them yet, but they seem really sticky, but not too much so. And since you get 3 of them, the price is great.
