Features

  • Upgraded Grade A+ 9BB CellsThe HQST 100W 12V monocrystalline solar panel features high-quality 166mm solar cells and advanced 9-busbar technology. This results in improved performance, reduced crack risks, and lower operating temperatures, ensuring superior efficiency compared to other market options.
  • Up to 23% High ConversionAll our solar cells undergo strict EL testing, ensuring zero cracks and achieving an impressive up to 23% conversion rate, surpassing traditional options. Built-in bypass diodes prevent overheating and allow the panel to function even in shaded areas by bypassing underperforming cells.
  • Compact Size, Optimal Space UtilizationThe HQST 100W solar panel features a square design, measuring 31.8 inches in length and 20.9 inches in height. Unlike longer panels, these compact squares are perfect for limited roof areas and confined spaces, maximizing power output within the available space.
  • Built to LastThe HQST 100W solar panel is built to last with high-purity silicon cells, advanced encapsulation materials, and multi-layered sheet laminations that enhance performance and durability. It comes with IP65-rated solar connectors and a junction box, providing robust protection against water splashes and rain. The anti-corrosion aluminum alloy frame guarantees decades of reliable outdoor performance.
  • Fast and Easy InstallationThe panel comes with pre-drilled holes on its back, facilitating fast and secure mounting, making it perfect for various off-grid applications such as RVs, camper vans, motorhomes, rooftops, cabins, yachts, and more. Additionally, it is directly compatible with HQST Z Brackets and Tilt Mounts for effortless installation.

  • Very good panels
Size: 4Pcs
I bought these panels for two reasons: The price and the size. I have actually bought 16 of these panels - 4 different times I've purchased the 4-pack of 100 watt panels. They are nearly $100 cheaper for the 4-pack today than they were when I bought the first 4-pack. As of March 18, 2023 they are $274.99 for the 4-pack of 100 watt panels and there simply isn't a better deal for new panels than that anywhere. The other thing that steered me towards these was the size. I wanted to be able to take these with me - at least a few of them - on the road if I needed to and as someone who doesn't own a truck or a van, these panels were the perfect size for being able to toss them in my car. And they are rather light weight, too, on a single panel basis at just over 13 pounds. As for the panels themselves and how they work - they work great. During a clear day, at peak sun, I will get anywhere from 97% to 102% of the rated output of the panels. In order to get that kind of output you are going to need to dial in the angle of the panels, but if you do get it right you can get the full output with these. The only "con" to these panels is that the MC4 cables are a little bit short. You have plenty of room to connect one panel to the other when they are next to each other, but compared to some other brands they are a bit shorter cables with less wiggle room for your potential set up. As noted though - you shouldn't have any issues connecting one to the other if they are next to each other. This "con" is very nitpicky, but it felt worth mentioning as not every person purchasing them will be mounting multiple panels that are touching each other. If you are in the market for 100 watt panels then I would very highly recommend these. ... show more

  • The specs matched exactly the existing solar panels.
First of all this is not the first time ordering panels from HQST. They are of good quality and construction for my purpose. My system is small only a1000 watt and made to be moved and stored. Eventually I will add more till my storage runs out. So in the future I will be purchasing more panels from them. ... show more

  • Good quality n price
This is my 2nd purchase. After using 1st one for 12v, needed 1 more for 24v array. So bought the 2nd one too. Installed today and working perfectly.

  • Great for price
I purchased the HQST panel primarily for price. I have heard and can now verify that the build of the HQST is identical to Renogy 100w monocrystalline panels. The MC4 connectors are even labelled as such. Overall the packaging was okay. It came in the original cardboard box. The panel had foam corner pieces to offer bump protection during shipping. This can lead to possible damage should the delivery person be rough with the parcel. My package came undamaged and the panel was intact. As for build quality, everything is looking good. I have had various foldable panels in the past as well as home solar. The panel itself appears high quality. The panel is appropriately fitted to the aluminum frame. Everything is sealed as it should be. The transformer box is also intact with appropriate crimps. There is ample sealant on the box to prevent water damage as well. My only "do better" would be to have more mounting holes in the panel. The predrilled holes are on the long side of the panel. For my specific use, I wanted a panel I could mount on my pop up camper that would survive. I have not heard the best reviews of the flexible panels for durability. This HQST panel feels very durable. I will be sure to return and update the review should problems arise. The panel is true to its weight at just under 15 pounds. Solar panels are a bit tricky to test throughput. There are plenty of variables with angle, sun, temperature, and so forth. I was unable to get the full 100watts out of the panel (ran mostly in the 80watt range). This is consistent with reviews found elsewhere. Just keep that in mind if you are expecting full power. monocrystalline is also limited on its output under shaded conditions so try to get full sun! Overall, I feel this is a great product for the price. I paid $80 and it is essentially identical as the Renogy panel that is $100-115. I will be buying more HQST in the future! I hope this helps your decision. ... show more

  • 2-3 years later it's still working well!
Size: 1Pc
I've had this installed on my bus conversion for about 3 years. I don't have a single complaint or things I'd change. It's been keeping my 500 watt jackery topped up without a problem. Cloudy weather will obviously make a difference in performance but I've been surprised how well it does even in the cloudiest conditions. It was easy enough to find the adapter to plug it straight into my jackery and waaaaaay cheaper than their panels. Pretty simple plug and play after easily mounting it to my roof. ... show more

  • Size is perfect, easy to handle and work with. Good efficiency!
I have 12 of these for a backup power setup connected to an EcoFlow Delta Pro. They are just perfect size to work with, as the larger panels are hard to move around and mount to things. I've been surprised at how good the performance is as well.

  • Sturdy , strong frame
Size: 2PCs
Well built for the money. Rated for 100 watts each. Full sun get 80 watts, not bad as panels never get the full rated wattage.

  • Excellent monocrystalline! 170W of 200W during peak hours.
Size: 2PCs
At first I was critical of these panels because I was only getting 100W of 200W when using two. However, that power was seen using late-afternoon sun, which is not nearly as strong. Using during peak hours (11am-4pm), I saw a max output of 170W. My placement during those hours probably could have been improved, I did have some trees and hillside nearby. Overall I was really impressed, especially with the power output during off-peak sunlight hours. I highly recommend these panels since they are probably the best value on the market right now. This was my first attempt using solar. My setup: • 2x100W monocrystalline solar panels (ignore the guy saying these aren’t monocrystalline, I checked all over the panel and saw no such label indicating these were polycrystalline) • Ecoflow River 288Wh Battery (has inverter and charge controller built-in) • Panels wired to battery in PARALLEL. Wiring in series would send too much current and destroy the ecoflow battery. Be sure to check the output specs of these panels and input specs of the battery/generator you’re going to use BEFORE booking anything up. ... show more
