I recieved this computer and assembled all pieces as directed. When I tried to boot it it would light up and then shutdown, repeating the behavior over and over. I couldn't even get it to load into BIOS. I finally opened it up, and there was no SSD or HDD at all. This is hardly "Certified Refurbished" if they don't even see if the computer will boot up and function as promised. ... show more

love the setup! i already had a keyboard and mouse, the mouse and keyboard wires are pretty thing and remind me of plastic, but i kept them incase my orginal ones get too old. the set up was easy, but the sound is my issue. ive tried to plug my headphones into the pc, no sound. tried both monitors? no sound, i suggest getting some monitors that will actually play sound. these ones do not, ive double checked my wires and tried using the speaker too. nothing. plugged it into the pc then the monitor ports but nothing will play, i reset my audio settings and even reinstalled the audio driver. still wont work, no one answered my call when asking for support on the paper given at 3 (you can only call before 5pm) and i was waiting on call for a while. i will update the review if i have any updates with fixing it, but so far, pretty monitors but horrible sound playing. ive switched every audio input too and nothing will work. i got my hopes up high since it was my first computer, only to be dissapointed. i suggest buying the pc and saving the trouble of spending more stuff on parts that you have to gamble with on if it will work or not. good shopping. ... show more
