Got it yesterday from Amazon, plugged it in and it took its updates as you’d expect. After 20 minutes, it was ready. Had to force the date/time update, it didn’t do it itself. The keyboard is not lighted, the inlays on the keys are not a bright white, which is disappointing. I’ll try it a free more days to see if I can deal with it. ... show more

It's a good Laptop, started loving it since it arrived. I wanted a bigger screen one and this is it. However, I did not receive the Windows Office code along with it (as it was offered as free software) and I did not receive an external hard drive as promised.
