Got it yesterday from Amazon, plugged it in and it took its updates as you’d expect. After 20 minutes, it was ready. Had to force the date/time update, it didn’t do it itself. The keyboard is not lighted, the inlays on the keys are not a bright white, which is disappointing. I’ll try it a free more days to see if I can deal with it. ... show more

The laptop was good until one day the display went black. I contacted HP and they said this laptop was 8GB Ram. And since seller made changes they can't help fix it. Only option Amazon gave was a refund so now I have no laptop.

Pictured next to my 2020 HP 14 for a size comparison. Has 4x the ram and a killer hard drive. I wasn't let down with the specs whatsoever. If you don't know computers, this is a very robust featured computer that will never be overloaded, even if you're doing MMORPG. You can save a couple hundred otherwise, if you're not looking for a laptop that's good for 5 years+ (maybe not for gaming but I'd say 32gb ram and 1 TB worth of games you probably could) ... show more

After having it for e weeks, I got a blue screen that u couldn't get out of. I called HP and technician basically said it crashed (after just 3 weeks of use,). Took about 2 hours to get everything all updated and working again.
