I have had many sets of shokz and their predecessor aftersokz and these are a massive leap forward from the titanium headset and wired versions I had previously. I love the open ear design of those headphones and after breaking my wired and wireless sets, I found myself looking at shocks again. Choosing these rather than the moves in hopes that the additional generation and form would be an excellent fit for me. These delivered. The update to the designs like the location on the battery and electronics make these more comfortable to wear and seem like they will be more durable than the titanium where the battery location contributed to the over ear piece breaking. I love the hard bone conducting pieces. They are more comfortable on the ears for me and feel more secure. The sound quality is much better than my previous bone conducting headphones and I love that they have minimal sound bleeding even at high volumes. I love the updates to the controls to include rewind. However, they do take a bit of getting used to from the previous versions and the buttons as rather small which can be a problem trying to find and press. These exceeded my expectations and I am so glad I picked up another pair from one of my favorite brands. ... show more

These headphones are excellent for working out and running. You are able to maintain more situational awareness while enjoying your music and your workout. Pros: Lightweight and comfortable Long lasting battery Water/sweat resistant Maintain awareness of surroundings Crisp audio Cons: Bass is lacking My right headphone went out after 2 months, Shokz replaced the headphones no questions asked and didn’t even ask for the old ones back. Awesome! Thank you Shokz for taking care of your customers. Not sure what happened with the last pair, I took care of them but the right headphone failed prematurely. I pretty much only take mine off to charge these days. They might as well be a permanent attachment! Their sound quality is decent, it's far from that of an over-ear can and audiophiles won't much care for it. But it's serviceable for day to day needs. But, if you're buying these, it's probably not for the sound quality, but their practicality. To that end they charge very quickly and hold it for a day or more thanks to some tricks they use to avoid wasting charge when not in active use, can pair to most any bluetooth device easily. Their snug but comfortable fit doesn't mess my hair up and is almost invisible most the time and never comes loose no matter how active I am I can stop/start/change track via the on-device button without having to mess with my mobile or computer, and while not covering my ear makes it hard to hear them in loud environments, it means I can hold a conversation or hear dangers like traffic while going about my daily business without futzing with headphones. Cannot recommend highly enough for people who like to listen to music, podcasts etc while actively working ... show more
