Would definitely recommend if you have a little extra to upgrade. It isn't as updated and fast as it says. It's actually slower than anticipated, not as updated as implied, and definitely not vr ready. Kind of irritating really. Plus the keyboard works, but only lights up if it's not fully plugged in. Honestly wouldn't have bothered buying had I known I'd have to invest more to get it as up to date as it says. I literally bought it to run steam to play vr games with my oculus, and I can't even do that. Good computer, if ur not into serious gaming.     • STOP - DON'T MAKE THIS MISTAKE
I know what you’re thinking—probably the same thing I thought when I stumbled upon this deal: “What a steal!” I saw the negative reviews but convinced myself, “What are the odds I’d end up with a faulty PC?” Excitedly, I opened the package and set everything up, only to find that the monitor wasn’t receiving a signal. I double-checked all the connections, and then I noticed that the HDMI port had some play in it and seemed to sink into the monitor. To troubleshoot, I grabbed a monitor from my son’s setup, which I knew was working perfectly. To my surprise, that one didn’t get a signal either. I’m not a computer expert, but it seemed clear that the problem was likely in the tower itself. My wife looked at me and said, “This is why you don’t buy refurbished.” I reached out to Amazon, and their only solution was to have me send it back. Great! Now I have to disassemble everything, repackage it, and drive 20 minutes to the nearest wholesale mart. So here’s your fair warning: proceed at your own risk. We didn’t have any problems like most of the reviews say. It was easy to setup, the light quality is great, the price for the money is great. The speed is a little slower I’m sure that is due to not having a WiFi booster. But I’m going to get one and will update on if boosting the speed will make it run faster. My son hasn’t complained yet. It doesn’t re boot on its own so we’re good. ... show more

    • Speakers are smaller than then then what we thought
It was a present for my grandson. It’s awesome and he loves it, but that the speakers don’t work to reach out to customer service and fix the situation but other than the speakers everything else is wonderful. Why I Took out the one star due to the speakers.

first thing is, why do all these educated design engineers print instructions in the smallest font made and leave large amounts of white space with nothing on it, The screens on the instruction sheet never showed up, had a terrible time getting getting setup, the keyboard is very hard to see the letters with the stupid lights of different colors shining in your face you can't adjust the volume on the speakers unless you go under the monitor because the volume control is way below the speakers, the power& adjusting buttons for the monitor are located on the back making it hard to turn on & off or adjust just a horrible design all together since I have another keyboard I will keep it but can't recommend it update:12/12/24 this machine is horrible, I got it set up, switched keyboard and running, it is very slow it respond to internet and now refuses to accept download say"incomplete information" when I tried to download a program from a company that I have on my other computer that I know it a good company and log-in problems with most of my internet programs DO NOT BUY THIS if you plan to use the internet ... show more

So, for the money you don’t expect anything perfect. The computer does the job. When I received, the monitor didn’t work. Never has. I reached out to the seller. Took awhile for a response but my only option was to return the entire set up. I just wanted the screen replaced. It was a gift for my son, of course he was to excited to send it back. So we hooked it to his tv and kept it. They didn’t have anymore in stock so they were going to have to refund the money. Bought late March early April. Everything except the monitor work and still continuing to work. Just low rating due to screen and weak customer service. ... show more

Does not have built in wifi but I added a wifi with Bluetooth card for around 35 bucks and works great and also added a 1030 gpu and plays beamng at 30 to 60 fps not amazing but works
