This is my second purchase of the Howeasy 120 watt power station. They work perfectly for charging unique low watt medical device remote controllers because of the AC plug in. They charge quickly on my 60watt Allpowers solar panel. I received an email from customer service when I purchased the device and kept it just in case of an issue. When the 2nd unit arrived there was an issue with the LCD screen showing ghosts. I contacted the seller by following the instructions that were in the email I received. Customer service responded quickly and resolved the problem with no issue whatsoever. PLEASE BE AWARE this is really a small power station and will NOT charge high voltage devices. You get what you pay for and this device is worth every penny to me to be able to charge low wattage devices which can only be charged from an AC plug ... not a usb plug. I carry one of the two of these everywhere I go and they work like a charm. I’ve already topped off the power station when I first got it and drained the battery after charging it. I watched videos on my tablet for 8 hours while charging my iPhone. I got this little 40w solar portable panels as a quick top off for the power station. It will top off the power station fairly quickly WHEN it’s just one or two bars down, but when you drain the power station, you do need to plug it into the wall outlet. It WILL take a couple to three hours to fully charge the power station. PLEASE MAKE NOTE! This thing is meant to get you though small but troublesome predicament. It is not like having 300- 1200Wh power station. This thing is only 88wh’s, but is very capable to get you through a “stuck in the car during a snow storm or a short period power outage” kind of situation. “Don’t worry about the low battery in the photo’s.     • The customer service assistance is outstanding, but the product isn't what I expected.
I contacted the customer service regarding the battery problem, and the customer service representative was very helpful and attentive. Agreed on replacement and after 2 weeks using the replacement, i found out that the product would drain its more battery power a lot faster when it started to lose 2 bar of life, even though I only have 1 app open and used daily. I would have to have it charged overnight every 2 days, so it's pretty much the same problem with 1st one. ... show more

Unfortunately this product did last long. I had plugged in one little set of string lights (orange ones for a trunk or treat) and they lasted the hour that it took me to set up my trunk display, and not much longer than that, so the string lights weren’t even able to be on for the event.
